I am an epileptic and need daily medication to manage my disability. I called and talked to a young woman asked for them to fill my prescription. *Please note this prescription is a new medication and is about 1700 dollars.) I temporarily do not have health insurance but will pay out of pocket because of the pure necessity I have for this medication. Anyways I was told on the phone the manager would order it. Fast forward a week, I have no medication and they did not order it. I ask the manager to order it so I can pay out of pocket. She tells me it's 1700 dollars. Yes, I know. Ask her to order it so I can pay cash. She tells me she doesn't usually order medication like that since it is so expensive without proof of insurance. I finally am told she will order it. I ask her if she knows how long she says I couldn't tell you. Later my mother calls.(I AM 25 YEARS OLD AND MY MOTHER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL MY MEDS IN FOR ME!) Anyways she calls and they almost refused her it wasn't until she offered a credit card over the phone that they ordered my medication. Essentially the manager lied to my face when she told me she would order it. Honestly these people are bafoons and should all be replaced. They do not care about you or their jobs. They do not care if you have a debilitating condition and need your meds. They simply do not care.

Had the wrong email and I had to correct my email but they were not ableTo resend an electronic receipt to my email which I need for me fsa purchase. I just do not understand why they cannot see my receipt and resend it.

An absolutely terrible location. Was on hold for 30 mins to speak with the pharmacy, staff member picked up only to put me directly back on hold, then dropped the call. This location has been awful for years, avoid at all costs.

If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars, I would. I switched to CVS 12 years ago after Walgreens deleted my account while I was going through cancer treatments, and then we moved to Colorado, and my insurance company will only fill prescriptions from Walgreens. Well, I've had to fill 4 prescriptions since January, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to go in and inquire about my prescription. It has taken 2 - 10 days for every single prescription. For the previous prescription, the doctor called in two (30 day) prescriptions because of how the insurance requires it. WELL I got a phone call saying they couldn't fill the prescription because of insurance issues. The issue was the pharmacy technicians apparently couldn't read and realize they were trying to fill the two prescriptions at the same time. Flash forward to the next prescription -- I was just told by the person working at the pharmacy that the prescription was CANCELLED by yesterday's pharmacist but she doesn't know why and "doesn't understand how the system works". I didn't receive a phone call or any information. Oh. Em. Gee. I'm going to die because the people at this pharmacy cannot do their job.

If I could give this Walgreens NO stars, I would!!!! Do not have your prescription sent to this pharmacy, especially if it's something you depend on like an inhaler or something you absolutely cannot live without. This pharmacy takes days and days and has zero regard for their patients or their health and safety. Absolutely the WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Oh and plan on constantly being told your prescription is out of stock, or better yet, the pharmacy doesn't have a PHARMACIST!!!!!

We needed to get vaccines and a new prescription filled. There were some issues with our insurance that the staff took on as a challenge! They did not give up - they kept trying. I was told to give them an hour to try and get things fixed. I got a call back within 45 minutes that all was good. Mission accomplished! Thank you to the entire staff for going over and beyond, but Neda certainly deserves a big THANK YOU from us!

First visit. Cash only. I hope that's not a regular occurrence. Feels kinda neglected here. Sketchy parking lot. But the clerk was nice. Maybe just a bad day.

Drive through only due to staff shortage. Sign's only posted in the back, instead of on the front door, so I had to walk all the way in to find out. Considerate!7 cars in line took 64 minutes.I won't be coming back.

Used to be a pretty good store but with the current clientele being more prone to shoplifting than purchasing goods the shelves are being basically looted and from appearances it cannot remain open too much longer unless they change their attitude towards the criminals and prosecute them to the furtherest extent possible. Worst service ever, my daughter was sick and had 4 medications and her prescription was sent over at 7 pm, I called at 730 to see when the would be ready and they said one hour then said not u till tomorrow and hung up on meI have not used Walgreens in years due to their horrible customer service and we chose this one because they would open in time to fill itI will never use them again not for anything I will go out of my way and pay x3 any amount to never have to step foot in another POS WalgreensHow do they even stay in business also FYI I had the prescription switched to CVS @ target @7:35 pm, Its a 5 min drive from this Walgreens and they had it filled and ready by the time I got to the pharmacy counter (within 10 min of receiving the script)

There are very few employees in the store. After making my selections, I had to stand at the front counter for about five minutes in order to get somebody to check me out. The prices that are on the shelves are not accurate with the actual price of the retail products.
