Who is the idiot that decided that soap, body wash and all kinds of other pesonal care belong in the many aisles next to the pharmacy, BUT lotion belongs in a special walled area with cosmetics. As someone that rarely uses lotion it wasted over a half hour looking up and down the aisles. And of course no one was around to ask, and the service desk was another 10 minutes.

We shop several times a week in the early mornings at 6am. I think most all of the employees are helpful and considerate. I actually enjoy doing my shopping here...mostly produce and protein.

I shop at this walmarts all the time and its funny you can never speak to a manager on dutie and I purchased succulent plant and 12.87 my friend has them all in her house she told me she was in the garden center they had a whole grocery cart full of dead and sick plants so I am thinking why are they selling them 12.87 and she said it will die on you soon its sick and it had some white junk on the bark unneath and I bought a warranty never buy their warranty they do not honor and the kids working do not tell you have to activate it on the paper it said Allstate but when you call its some square trade wth its crazy they just want you card information 17 th August 2023 they need to replace my plant with a healthy one

Dear Lord I'm not going to buy a pair of used shoes that someone brought back and that you retagged for resale. That's just gross. Either don't allow people to return shoes or just throw them away.

After a horrifying experience trying to buy a phone at the Cricket store (Sienna there literally would not sell me a phone, but she says they give them to the homeless for free. Yep. You can't make this stuff up), I went to this Walmart and Gary, in the electronics department, immediately found the phone I wanted. Rang it up, done. Boom. Thank you Gary, for being awesome!

I arrive after 7 am to the auto center of this Wal Mart when the site CLAIMS the store is opened. I am rudely told by an employee that I must wait for the manager to arrive. A 392 billion dollar corporation can't employ MANAGERS who arrive to their JOB ON TIME. I ask for a manager from another employee to see how long it will take for me to receive the tires I paid over $300 for. When the manager arrives the auto employee ridicules me to his manager im front of me. There was clearly a lack of communication among employees because they were confused that I brought my vehicle to the location I was instructed to take it. When arriving to retrieve my vehicle I paid even more for a warranty and installment. I had to wait in line over 20 minutes. And to top it off, one of the tires they installed was flat, and won't hold air! Understaffed pathetic service.

Just waited 10 minutes to get ahold of someone on the phone and no one picked up. I'm sure they're atleast 10 employees doing nothing that could've picked my call up.

This is about the eye/glasses department. Not a good place to have your glasses made. Ordered glasses and they came back without rolled/polish and I had to pay more and had them sent back. Well, got them today, tried on the glasses and it made me dizzy. See the photo. I need to find a more professional place to get this done.

This Walmart was particularly interesting in the fact that after you enter the front door you have to pass through another one way gate to enter the main section of the store. I am unaware of what this gate is used for other than to possibly be a deterrent for shoplifting. The main section of the store is relatively clean and full stocked. I was able to get what I needed and be on my way with check out being quick and effective.

They have a person employeed here or at the or Walmart in aurora who is willing to put children's lives at risk. If you ever see a girl named Jaymee on the heavier side just know she put edibles in my children's food and tried to get them taken away from me.
