Very disappointed with the delivery service from this location. I recently moved to this area and first few months my orders were delivered accurately to my front door. The last 5 weeks or so my orders have not been delivered correctly. It’s been left at my parking space, bottom of stairs, at the back door of stairs, even been delivered to the building across the parking lot instead of my apartment. I’ve spoken to several managers at this location over the last month and I’ve even specifically put in notes on the app for specific delivery instructions that never seem to show up on the Walmart or delivery person side!! It’s very frustrating. Also the items I receive are usually about to expire which is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a gallon of milk last week and the expiration date was four days later!! To me that’s not acceptable!! This service is only convenient and helpful when it does what claims it’s going to do! Delivering items that are close to expiring is absolutely not good customer service in my opinion at all!! Delivering items in the wrong location is also unacceptable! At this point this service is a waste of money! Bad customer service and bad quality of care and product make this service a waste! The manager responded to me by saying that drivers are outsourced and it’s hard for them to communicate properly the expectation and I personally find that unacceptable and a cop out of accountability and responsibility for a service Walmart is providing and setting a expectation for!!

So Target will price match to your website but you can't price match to your own even when your associate in electronics confirms they're the exact same item? How does that make sense?

Check your receipt before you walk out!!!! The cashiers tend to scan items more than what you bought. It has happened every single time to me and my family! unless you catch them. Why don't they forget to scan less? maybe to bring the sales up!!! horrible horrible every time they do this.

If you've been to a Walmart then they are pretty much all the same. They never have any cashiers and only 1 credit line check out and 1 cash line check out

I usually don’t have any issues shopping at this location until yesterday.
I went grocery shopping over the weekend per usual, got about $145 worth of items. I was instructed to go check out at lane 28. There was a nice employee who scanned all my items, and gave me the total but before I inserted my card into the chip reader, he said that their machines have been having issues for a couple of months so that I may need to insert my card a few times. I even asked him if they were going to get fixed. He claimed that management just doesn’t care…awkward, but ok.
As I was on my third attempt of trying to pay, a RUDE young employee comes and stands to watch and says it must be my card. I explained that it is definitely not since I just got paid and had been using my card all morning. He rolled his eyes and tried saying something along the lines of “it’s going through our system and getting rejected by your bank”. Mind you, the other employee just finished telling me how many issues the machines have been giving them.
He then proceeds to say we can try at another lane. I said yes, please. Again with the rolling of his eyes he takes me over to lane 27… scans the receipt and what do you know? It goes through… This kid gives no type of apology, no remorse, nothing. He folds the receipt and just hands it to me. I take it, grab the cart full of stuff with my 4 year old daughter and say thank you have a nice day. This MF said nothing.
Honestly, if you’re going to work at a place like Walmart, you need to
have better customer service and not make people, especially woman, feel the way you did.
If I was this kid’s supervisor, he would’ve been fired on the spot. DO BETTER AT HIRING YOUR EMPLOYEES. I will no longer be coming back to this location.
