They rearrange again. Now everything is hard to find and isles feel even more narrow. You would think with the laziness of the modern shopper and the rise of Amazon's grocery delivery, stores would realize that making things harder to find now, will just lead to people placing Amazon orders in the middle of the store.

Experience was great until I had the displeasure of meeting the main manager who is blonde I believe her name is Mary. She was very rude to her employees and everyone waiting for the self check out was uncomfortable due to the experience. The men working that area were fine and doing their jobs and she comes along telling them that they aren’t doing their jobs and that they need to talk to us. Like lady first off he was, secondly not everyone wants to be talked to however your rude attitude has garunteed you a review although I’m sure this isn’t the one you were hoping for. Treat your employees better and show some respect. I’d give her a 0 but your employees were actually really nice.

VERY UNSAFE WALMART DONT GO.
I had a horible run in with Security guard Matt at this location. Below is a email sent to the Market AP. To which i never received an email back. Walmart doesn't care about customers one bit
Dear Ronnie,
My name is Kyle Freeman and I wanted to let you know of a horrible experience I had at the Aurora Parkway Walmart. This just happened. To give some background I was a hardlines asm a gm coach a front coach and a store lead at a Walmart in Missouri so I'm aware to an extent how these interactions should go. Including how bronson security should interact with customers.
I was in electronics attempting to get something from a case. There was roughly 6 to 10 customers at the counter before I arrived. Roughly 12 to 13 with everyone waiting in the aisles. The obviously new associate was struggling hard to keep up and maintain. I made a comment that perhaps if the associate just delt with the customers at the counter first no one would be skipped. The associate was flustered at that point and came back with some serious attitude.
So at this point I ask for a manager. Once I asked your associate for a manager Bronson security guard Matt came over to me and shoved himself in my fave. He told me he knew the gir personally and don't ever say anything to her again or he would kick me out. I of course called him out on his threat to kick me out of the store. Then while a coach checked us out Matt sat left then 10inches away from us on the check out counter and just stared.
I felt physically unsafe and highly uncomfortable in this incident. To a point i was ready to call the cops for my safety. I immediately told AP coach Gerod. I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling of that name apologize if not. The excuse of Gerod wad the associate in eletoricns is new. That is no excuse. That simply means management did a terrible job of training the associate and simply threw her to the wolf's.
I would like to get the email of the Regional AP to make sure this gets addressed properly. I'm sure it won't matter much to you but I also intend to contact the local news around here about how Walmart security was so confrontational and unsafe a customer felt the need to call police.

I bought 37 items and was charged for 43 items from a cashier she stole 30 dollars more from me please make sure you look at your receipt count all your items before leaving the store

The employees are a bit rude.The cashiers seem to have attitudes. The prices keep going up and don't really match the quality.

All the money spent to put in tons of self checkout they redid their redo so that it could be redone in a manner of must be a Walmart+ member so you can use the self checkout lane.

You should change the name to Walmart Convenience store, 10 ITEMS ONLY!!!
You replaced the counter where I could BAG MY OWN GROCERIES WITH MY OWN BAGS on a 17 inch triangle.
I will go spend more money anywhere else where I am valued.
Your employees just stacked $222.82 worth of groceries and merchandise on this little triangle and stared at me so I would quickly move along. Not their fault. You told them what to do. They are trying to support a family with wages from the worst company in the world.

Most of the time the self check out is not open and you’re unable to email receipts to yourself if you have a cashier checking you out which is annoying for business related purchases. The cashiers are also incredibly slow which makes the wait in line miserable. Took 30 minutes of waiting for 3 items because they only had 5 cashiers and no self check out lanes open.
