This location is unbelievably slow. They never have enough help. The staff is almost dazed and confused, theyre just flat. Tellers stand at the window and don't serve customers, if you have other tasks, go do them in the back room where people cannot see you. With the computer, why are there so many steps to make a simple deposit? I plan on moving to Chase bank Jan 1st 2025 closing my rental income accounts and all.

Always a long line and just 2 or 3 tellers. They are never concerned about customers waiting an hour to deposit money or checks. No apologies and managers just walk around instead of jumping in to help.

ATM doesn’t let you choose what account to get money from, I withdrew from my checking and transferred money from my savings account, and it still charged me an overdraft fee. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer since 2003, and this has to be fixed ASAP
Update: A week later, there is still no solution. I spent an hour on the phone with two individuals, Jesse and Makayla Cruz, the escalation manager. Both are very hostile and unprofessional at their job. At this point, I expressed to them that it is more than 35 dollars owed to me at this point. I am charging Wells fargo a fee each day until they return my money.

Ladies beware of the homeless, dirty, men begging outside the bank and getting physically uncomfortably close as they do. The "guard" just stands around and chit chats with his friends. So unsafe and very uncomfortable.

Absolutely the worst branch of Wells Fargo I have ever been to. I will change banks before I return to this location … and this branch makes me want to change branches anyway. Horrible customer service. Avoid.

Wells Fargo at this location will also get reviews removed. I left one last month & now it’s gone. At least they could have attempted to follow up. Maybe because the review was in part due to a subcontracted person. They could have informed me of the name of the company he worked so I could leave a review for an cruel & unprofessional man who clearly needs help. His behavior was scary & I wouldn’t be surprised if he hurt someone based on his reactions

One of my guys went into cash a $3,000 check that I write all the time. I get calls from banks like this on the regular. They ask if it's good and I say ok. Jesus Alvarez made this call to my personal number.

While I know this branch can be busy at times I figured a Tuesday morning wouldn't be too bad. I wanted to do a simple wire transaction. Walked in the bank had practically no customers. Triage person at the front asked me if I had an appointment - for a wire? Was told to wait....30+ minutes later no help, no communication. Triage women looked surprised when I told her take me off the list. I'm not sure what all the staff was doing with their time but it wasn't helping customers. Bad service, clueless staff - go elsewhere if you actually need to get something done with the bank. Seems like this branch is both understaffed AND badly managed,

Very bad service, super slow and very short staff.... Super bad
