I had a great experience today with Jamie! Although it did take a bit for the appointment to start , I appreciated Jamie’s help with opening some accounts which I thought would take an hour but it only took 20 to 30 mins :) . Clean and friendly atmosphere here better than Southlands will return .

Just a mediocre branch and bank.
Always takes a long time for a transaction.
If I could use ATM all the time I would.
Excited to take my business elsewhere.

Closed at 3:00 and not the first time. Told to use the atm. Which caused a $3 fee.

I needed some temporary checks for a few bills I needed to pay. I felt like I was being interrogated throughout the process and I didn’t think they were going to give them to me. Why do you need these checks? What are you planning to do with them? Etc.. I left feeling like a criminal. I love Wells Fargo but this was not a good experience.

One of the worst service one could experience. The Male banker (AJ) is the worse banker I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I am closing all of my accounts with them and going to chase. Chase is much better bank with much higher customer service. I wish I could give less than -30 starts. Bad bank and bad banker

One of the worst service one could experience. The banker was simply wasting time and after spending almost an hour trying to open an account where she gave us an account number, courtesy cheque and finally said the system rejected the application and it cannot open an account.Not sure what sort of system you guys run which will generate an account number, routing number, generate cheque leaf, direct deposit leafs, send agreements and finally say "rejected".Worst thing is she said the system does not even have the application saved. Either you have the dirtiest system in the world or clearly she was playing a prank on us.Pathetic! Wasted my afternoon coming to this branch taking off from work and got nothing accomplished.
