I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at Wells Fargo recently. When I visited the branch, the teller was incredibly unprofessional. She was slow, disorganized, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me with my simple request. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and it felt like I was more of a nuisance to her than a customer.
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, I expected a resolution, but the manager was equally unprofessional. They were dismissive, condescending, and didn’t take my concerns seriously. It was as if they didn’t care about customer service or fixing the issue at hand.
This whole experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I expect much better service from a reputable company like Wells Fargo, but unfortunately, this visit has completely changed my opinion of them. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch to have a document notarized, and my experience was disappointing. The teller I interacted with was not only unhelpful but also rude. When I asked about getting the document notarized, she informed me that her manager was taking a two-hour lunch and wouldn't be back for a while, which left me stuck with no solution. It was frustrating to receive such poor customer service, especially when I was hoping to take care of something simple and important. I understand that delays happen, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy was truly disappointing. I hope the branch can improve in handling customer needs and training staff to be more considerate.

I csnt believe this branch. Employee attitude is horrible. I have been a business client for 13 years and they dont let people use the restroom. That is absurd.

Each time I go to this branch I am asked to come back the next day when someone can help me??? What?? I wanted 3 temporary checks but the teller didn’t know how to do that?? Find someone who does! You gotta know there is management in the building somewhere. What’s happened to Wells Fargo? Every time I go in to this branch, there are less and less employees and less furniture. Doesn’t give you a feeling as though they’ll be around much longer. Also, update your website!! I needed to deposit a check the other day but couldn’t find a branch that still existed but was still listed as open. I went to 3 atms that were out of service and how do you even get in to use the atm on Parker and Havana after hours? The door won’t ever open!

This branch sucks!!! they wouldn't even help me??? Do you know how many times I've walked into Wells Fargo and if I'm not in the line within 30 seconds I've been asked what I need? This branch didn't even do that or help me and then asked me what I needed finally. they said Sorry you have to have an appointment. Like wft??? never needed an appointment before to make an account. Don't go here!!!

I have been here las Thursday, the banker was great ( professional, respectful, punctual,and very positive) I did ask him ton of questions and he was very happy to answer all of them, I wish that all the bankers like him, thank you Wells Fargo for having that kind of people , thank you Mohamed Housseini,
