Worst Wellsfargo location ever, I've never been to this one and I was hesitant because of the low reviews, and yes exactly! 2 star trash location. First and last time coming here.

I would rate 0 if I could. There’s on teller , with 30 people in line. While he takes over 20 minutes for one person and the line just doesn’t move. Absolutely terrible location

I do not recommend this location if you are a non-customer looking to do a walk-in. The teller was friendly and professional, they did not have anybody available for me to sit down with to discuss a personal loan.

Hate Wells Fargo, just heard about the employee who was neglected for 4 days in AZ and passed away at her desk. Which is what made me make this review.

Horrible people that work there. I just needed to get 1 & 5 for exchange of 100 and a lady told me i couldnt because i didnt have a busniss with them but i do have a account . Dont even come to this place. Wells fargo is just a joke.

Went for an account opening today with my wife here and the banker turned up late after her lunch for the appointment and we didn’t mind that but she was very annoying and rude for reason not very friendly attitude. I am not sure if it was her lunch or her nature. I would try avoiding lesley.

I going to try and type this without crying (again). This location is exemplary in every way and I refuse to go to another branch. I almost closed my account because of the horrid experience I had at the branch on Buckley. Where does my story begin? I walked into the branch and there were at least 7 people in line. By the time , I got to the line, two of those seven were walking up to tellers who greeted them with a smile (even close to closing time) The line moved so quickly that my friend parked and came in thinking I was still waiting to be seen but I was already at a teller's window. She was a complete doll and I hate I do not recall her name (it starts with a Y). Although she was unable to assist me in the capacity I needed she quickly spoke to the person who could. The branch manager is nothing shy of perfection. Elisabeth helped me well beyond what she should have. She went over and beyond to get my retirement disbursement deposited. She was apologetic that her abilities were limited on that day but told me to come in and meet with her the next day at 1:00 p.m. and she would take care of me. She kept her word. I arrived early for our next day appointment and she still made time to meet with me and went into thorough detail about how she resolved my banking dilemma and even showed me a copy of the printout of what she worked on. How is that for exceptional customer service?! The entire staff at this branch, including security made me feel seen, safe and heard. I immediately knew that I would continue to bank here instead of closing my account as previously planned. I left there thinking how I could be better in my duties at my own government job. I wanted to show up with the same light, positivity and professionalism that they all exampled. I genuinely loved the atmosphere, people and service here and I will be returning for my future banking needs!

All people working in this place are so slow and careless. Not really professional. Most times they don’t even have enough staff to help.
