This is the absolute slowest Wells Fargo in all of Denver. I loathe coming here. The tellers work with zero urgency and it seems like they are all in slow motion. If there’s more than two people in line, come back another time.

Walked in, needed a notary, nobody was available to help at the front desks. Naturally, I stand in line to speak with a teller, they tell me to go back to the desks where everyone was busy and nobody spoke to me. In the meantime, about 5-6 people came in and sat down. One of the people from the desks finally gets up and tells me I'll have to wait behind all of them, even though I had been in the building attempting to get help for 10-15 minutes. No signage posted indicating where to go for notary service, and nobody at the front to assist people. Extremely poor customer service.

Whoever manages this Wells Fargo needs serious customer service training. The lack of care for their customers and their safety is disgusting. Wells Fargo is a billion dollar company they make enough for you to be nice to your clientele. Business account or not.

Trash location, the greeters that check you in have no clue what they are taking about and the reps on the phone give terrible information.

This is the most ridiculous bank you could ever bank with or try to do business with I didn’t even want to deal with this back but because my husbands check was issued here I have to. long story short I have a power of attorney notary to cash my husband’s check the banker did his job on calling and verifying my paper work and both of us signing papers before I can cash it , it was the bank tellers and I already knew she was going to pull some funny behavior because she couldn’t even look me in my eyes didn’t even bother to ask for my two forms of id because she knew she was not interested in cashing my check , one of them which refused to cash my check all because I don’t bank with them the other because I’m a black woman and don’t bank with them neither they are entirely racist I will be taking legal matters in my own hands I’m tired of poor customer service and always being looked at and treated differently because of my skin color . Me and the banker spent 40 mins calling and getting everything covered in order for me to cash my check just for them to turn me down due to discrimination and because I don’t have a account there I cashed the same tax check there before just in my name without having a bank account there so what’s the difference oh it’s because I’m black cashing my husbands check I have kids I don’t have time to be played with . They totally wasted my time and the bank teller assistant manager is racist. please people find a different bank to do business with

Edit 5/7/24. Have I ever said how much I hate WF? Today was worse. Then Collins saved me and got my transaction done. Thank you sir. ///This place was so busy. Beyond busy. They were friendly though. I prefer online banking.

They don’t offer replacements for debit cards. I just need a temporary card, don’t know why physical locations are still a thing if they can’t help with basic stuff.
