It’s Monday at 11am. Prime time for business and one ATM is red meaning broken. The other one cannot accept deposits!! WHAT A DISGRACED UNKEPT BRANCH!!!! Zero stars.

I have been there a few times over the last few months. Parking is horrible, ATMs are down frequently and service is slow. There doesn't seem to be a manager on site half the time and when they are there the door is closed in the office.

I would give this bank zero stars if i could. No restrooms for customers? What kind of bank is this.
I have been a wells business customer since 2012 and the employees are very rude and do not care about taking appointment clients on time. Dedinitley closing our business account.

I made an appointment for 9 am to make a deposit on an account. The personal banker Lourdes Moran (NMLS ID 1076473) was the rudest and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I don’t believe she is literate as she did not read the court documents I gave her to make a deposit. She refused to call the internal Wells Fargo number and dared to say she, “did not have time” to help me when I made an appointment to be helped. Another banker whom is literate, was able to read the document from the court and understood it did not need to be notarized. She also knew her numbers so she was able to call the internal number to get authorization for the deposit. What should have taken 10 minutes to complete took almost an hour due to the incompetence of Lourdes Moran.

We had a great experience here. Allison took care of us, no problems at all. They allowed us to utilize their conference room and were very accommodating to our needs. Kudos to Allison! Thank you very much.

If I could I would give 0 stars!!! Only one ATM is working because the other has no money. It's the weekend why in the world wouldn't you have both ATM's working. Also you guys should at least have walk up ATM's as well, the ghetto ones do!!! What does that speak for this location!!

Well hahaha! Where do I start with this place. I’ve been a Wells guy since 2018 and have been to hundreds of locations across the country over the years. I have never, in my 25yrs of life on this earth, seen a slower bank operation. Or business operation period. The drive-thru tellers are either spaced out on hero*in or they’re just that slow. Maybe try getting a few English-speaking bank tellers? It should not take me over 45mins in a bank drive through to get one.single.CHECK signed & deposited. The ATM would’ve been faster. BUT then again, there only seems to be ONE single working ATM after hours that everyone has to use. Which also… takes over 45mins to get through a simple deposit. The line of cars is always wrapped around the building a mile long. But this is the only GreenValleyRanch location is the issue.
I forwarded a notarized consumer report to the corporate office of Wells Fargo in San Francisco because this location is miserable. It needs to be shutdown and reopened with an entire new management team because it makes the company of Wells Fargo look like a circus act. Several family members and friends confirm the exact same experience here. There’s no excuse, get your stuff figured out.

Been I’ve been to this location four times and every time has taken over 30 minutes to get in and out. Severely understaffed.

Currently waiting in line because one of the ATMs is down. Again. There is always something wrong with one of the ATMs, and it has become quite annoying. The people inside are always nice and helpful, though.
