Came in needing to get a document notarized. Teller was semi helpful, told me to scan a barely visible paper and check in with a banker. I scanned it and joined the waiting list. This girl in the tiniest dress looking like she's ready to go clubbing, came out from behind a cubicle after about 5 minutes of me waiting. Asked if I had an appointment I told her no but I was told by the teller to check in using the QR code and wait for someone. The tiny dress girl said they are only taking appointments. I asked if they notarized, she said yes if you have a business account. I told her I didn't have one and so I left. No where is it listed this way and overall no wonder I never go into the branch especially in this area.

I was greeted by multiple employees with a smile. My teller, Bituin, was phenomenal. I had multiple things to get done and she handled my requests quickly, and in a very positive/friendly way. It was my first time at this branch, and I will be returning!

This Wells fargo ATMs never have cash! Why is this wells fargo constantly - I mean constantly out of cash. You are a BANK!

I closed my account at Wells Fargo years ago because of bad customer service. I stopped there today and they made it very clear that I made the right decision to not do business with them.

This location on Tower road is always busy, so expect a bit of a wait if you need to speak with a teller. Drive through appears busy, bit seems to move swiftly. They are quite friendly, and do deserve credit for that.

Drive up ATM rarely takes deposits and when it does it can’t recognize all the cash and gives it back. When I try again it takes it the second time.

they are getting worse and worse over the year. Last week I took my mom there needing to update her beneficiaries on her account. Get in line to the windows and after 10 minutes, the employee told us we need to talk to the banker for that. Got on the waitlist, we were #2. 30 minutes passed, an employee asked us and i told her i'm waiting for banker. Then a "business account" banker walked out with her ipad and sat down out in the lobby at one of the banker table. I asked if she can help, she said that she only deal with business account and she is managing the lobby right now. Over an hour passed, the 2nd employee came asked us early finally tell us to came in and told us with a very rude tone "we need to prioritize our appointments first." in the end, my mom couldn't update her beneficiaries list because it was a join acc with my dad. We just did the same at USBank and they didnt need my dad with us. I get it, each company is different. But if they are rather have their people managing the lobby than help customers, then ask proper questions so we don't have to waste our time there. The worse people with worse attitude.

This bank sucks i will never bank with them again they put a hold on my paycheck for 10 days. I found out when my card declined st the store so i called them and they told me oh well theres nothing we can do they dont care and dont help when ur screwed because of them

i would like t give this location a half a star or less if i could. i came in to information and to see if i can open a business account with a CC, i was told to wait just get the person to come up and tell's me i can find out on my own online and if i need any more information that i should call to make an appointment. i dont recomend this location at all.

I genuinely hope this reaches as many people as it can. This is a warning ! My father was robbed after leaving this bank. My father has gone to this location every Saturday morning to withdraw money. He went into this Wells Fargo , went with a clerk and withdraw a big quantity of money. After withdrawing he asked that the money be put in a envelope and walked out. He placed the envelope in his center console and drove off to the gas station across the street. He went in for some cigarettes and took exactly 2 minutes. When he went out and headed to his truck someone had shot his window and stolen the money. Aurora police were called and a investigation was started. The detective working on my fathers case reviewed every single tape from every Saturday my dad has gone and caught something. It was not just a random robbery. The assumption is that this is an inside job of someone working at this branch setting people up. After my father was robbed 2 more incidents happened. Please avoid this branch the employees are RATS.

This place used to be my favorite bank, but unfortunately it is getting worse and worse every day. They used to be very helpful and nice, but not anymore.

I was treated poorly. This isn’t the branch I frequent. I was in the area running errands, they wouldn’t assist me with basic customer service transactions for me that a few other location provided the same service. They need help with staffing and proper training.

The lady at the front on 2.23 at 9am is incredibly rude and should not be in customer service. Apparently the branch lied to me the day before when I called to ask about changing my name on my account. I was not told about needing an appointment and was told just come in. So that's what I did. I understand that I may have been given bad info but this woman was extremely rude, no apology and not once did she offer to help me schedule an appointment, didn't offer any info of how to go about scheduling or any assistance at all! Apparently i interrupted her morning and inconvenienced her.
