Yeah me and my family used to go there every Saturday but last two visits we were faced with attitude by the management team when we told them that their soda machine was empty and they proceeded to chat and laugh with each other and ignore the soda machine. I think none of the managers really care about anything. They will put on a show sometime just to get your money but me and my family will not be back. We will take our money elsewhere from now on. We have been nothing but nice but apparently the managers need more training on how to actually treat other adults with respect and courtesy.

Check your order before you leave. Had to drive back up to Wendy's as they forgot or ignored part of my order. I would have taken a refund however they do not answer the phones. Asked for them to correct my order and was handed a burger with a finger hole in it.

Went in tonight for dinner. Paid at the kiosk and sat and waited for our food. After 20 mins we went up to the counter to check on our food and my girls name wasn’t on the monitor. We asked about it and the gentleman said it wasn’t in the system, but started putting together our order anyway. He gave us our drinks and went to talk to who I assume was the manager on duty. She immediately gets an attitude with him saying they can’t be giving out free food. Fine, cool, whatever, I get it, but the kiosk charged my girls card and we had proof on her banking app. Lady goes to the register to look at the names of the orders made through the kiosks and said ours wasn’t there. I said it charged us though and she said it doesn’t matter what our banking app says it’s not in the system. She just kept talking over me and had the worst attitude I have ever experienced from anyone other than a customer at work.

The restaurant was clean and tables and seats were kept up. Much better than some places when you walk in and have to clean the table and chairs yourself. When you have to clean your own table, places should offer the employee discount hahahaha. Food was hot and fresh and our order was quickly delivered. The coupons we used in our weekly flier ad had some good deals.

I went to this Wendy's with a drive through order and decided to go inside, I told the person at the register that i had a drive through order he looked confused looked at a screen and told me they have not started making it. i waited 10 minutes and then decided to change my order to pickup instead of drive through on the app. I seen my order on their screen and waited 10 more minutes and still didn't receive anything. i was on a 30 minute break and had to leave but there is no way to refund the money to my card so i guess Wendy's stole my money lol.service is really slow, employees don't know what they are doing. And they prioritize drive through orders over inside ones and willing to make you wait 30 minutes before you get your order.

I love Wendy's and usually give them great reviews on their food and ambiance. That is continued. I enjoyed the food and the chili was delicious as usual . The problem with this location is that every third or fourth time they forget half of my order in the drive thru. I know I am supposed to check. But it has gotten to the point that I am going more to McDonald's because they get my orderRight. It sucks because Wendy's food is so much better. So Wendy's pretty please going to give you one more chance .Just make sure your delicious food is in the bag at the drive thru. That's it. Food good. Ambience good. Drive thru making sure all my food that I paid for is in the bag would be PRICELESS and would ensure I would never return to McDonald's again.

Holy smokes. Ordered two Jr bacon cheese burgers, fries and drinks to go.Got home to find two dried out weak excuses for burgers, soggy, cold fries but the beverages were good.What is wrong with you people not being able to put together a decent order?Not that you'll miss my business but I'll be taking my $$ elsewhere.

As someone who frequents this specific location, my order is rarely complete or correct and I have waited inside for an order placed online on more than one occasion for OVER 45 minutes. Most recently, after waiting 12 minutes in the drive thru, two of the 3 items in a meal that costs almost $13, we’re completely missing. I didn’t know until I got home and handed everyone their food. Or tried to. Then upon realizing the mistake, I tried to call the store to see if I could return for the missing items. I called, and called. and called some more. I called a total of 14 times throughout that evening and could not get through to a person or a voicemail to save my life. It’s one thing to mess up. It’s another to apologize and correct the mistake. It’s completely another for you to be so completely unaccountable for your actions that you can’t even answer the phone or acknowledge the error. They obviously had to have figured it out at some point. Very disappointed with this location lately.They also handle cash and then stick their hands all in your food and on the fry serving utensils without washing in between. I even have seen a manager pick trash up off the floor and then expedite an order without washing their hands/switching gloves/anything!Dietary restrictions: You can order something with no tomatoes, because of an allergy. And you may or may not have tomatoes on it when you receive it, but you can almost bet that they slapped a tomato on there first and then just pulled it off hoping you wouldn’t notice/wouldn’t have an allergic reaction!

Went in at 1:15 today, both self order kiosks are down, but one will let you order until your get payment ready, then delete all your orders. Was ignored with a line of 5+ customers while they prioritized their drive through. Will no longer choose this location for lunchtime services.Parking: Recently repaired
