I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I have been on hold for over an hour, there is typically no pharmacist there when I go and always have to use the drive thru. I have been trying to speak to someone regarding transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy all together yet, even that pharmacy could not reach Walgreens pharmacy. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Absolutely disgusted Also after waiting to speak to someone for over 20 min now and when they answered they hung up.

Since the start of Covid, not just this location, but every Walgreens location I have frequented have Sucked! Seriously if your upper management cannot pay, hire & retain pharmacist's, y'all should consider closing the pharmacy. This am, I had to drive to Mississippi & Peoria to pick up a script that was supposedly filled last night. I get there last night. At 7:15p. Pharmacy closed. Why the Hell did y'all call me over? I return this am only to wait another thirty minutes for them to fill the script, they called me to come get last night. So two trips stuck waiting. From here I drive to my home Walgreens to get my other script and they are closed! WTF OVER? It's Saturday! Some of us have lives. I'm so over Walgreens shitty service, sour attitudes and then biggest, not having my meds & wasting my time, money & gas. I was with y'all for years. Sad day when it's more convenient to park & walk into a pharmacy than pull thru a drive thru. Good looking out Walgreens Team. Thursday night I too was called for my Baclofen which still has not been filled. If you cannot fill a script in a timely manner, it should be a criminal act to take it.

9:08 am. Store opens at 9. The door was partway open but still locked. I knocked. The employee looked right at me then continued on her way. So I called. I asked they were open & she said they couldn't open with one employee but the pharmacist should be there any minute. I asked if she'd been in contact with the other employee to see if they were on their way and she just hung up on me. Y'all don't have to go out of your way to be mean and make me feel bad when I'm already there to pick up meds because I'm sick. I was kind to you and yet you were so rude.

My GI specialist ordered a new medication on 9/17/21 and I was told it was on backorder and I would have it in a week and I am still waiting! I stayed on hold today for 47 minutes only to explain my problem, be put on hold and then disconnect with out an answer to my question about when I will get my medication! This pharmacy has gone to crap with totally non-professional standards and behavior'

Regular merchandise available, but if you want something in certain departments a staffer has to unlock the item and carry it to checkout for the customer (the staffer was pleasant; being treated like a suspected shoplifter was not). Pharmacy closed on the inside of the store 10/4/2021 with a sign directing customers to drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for ten solid minutes in a bright red car, made eye contact with one of at least three staffers visible, and no one approached the window or so much as waved. NEVER AGAIN.

My wife has had a prescription stuck in limbo, status: "received", for 2 days. Today I sat on hold with the pharmacy for 1 hour and 45 minutes. While on hold, I drove to the pharmacy and got in the drive-thru line. It took 20 minutes before the one car in front of me finished. I got to the window and told them I'm still on hold with them, showed them my phone, and told them we need the medication. They told us to come back later while they fill the prescription. ITS BEEN TWO DAYS AND IT TAKES ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET TO YOU. This pharmacy is a f*!king disaster.

If I could give them half a star I would I tried to get my pictures done for a passport and the lady told me "she didn't have time" even though the phone department closes at 9 and it's only 7:30. She didn't even tried to help. Walgreens DO better! You're prices are too high for the customer service you guys provide

As running into the store to grab one thing, of course it turned into multiple items. I needed a grocery cart. I seen one available and started to put my things into it. The associate at the cash register rudely responds. THAT'S MY CART B! I am appalled that you employee people who treat your customers this way. Please do not shop here! This is response left me to not spending my hard earned money at this place.

Avoid the lady cashier with the really bad smokers voice, she's rude, she smells like cigarettes and she is always outside the front of the store entrance taking a break and smoking more cigarettes as if her voice isn't already deep, breathy, hoarse, and disgusting! This Walgreens would be a lot better without this employee, so I give this store one star.

I am a fan of Walgreens. However, this particular store, this particular pharmacy, I don't know what the issue is but I've been on the same medication for over year and a half and I continuously have problems. I take it once a week and I get the prescription filled once a month. One time they shorted me a week. Several times they tell me the doctor hasn't sent the prescription when in actuality the doctor has. Then they try to tell me there's an issue with the insurance. There is no issue...I've been on this medication a year and a half. there is no insurance issue they say that when they realize they have been negligent. They need to get their act together.
