The following is copied and pasted from a request for me to rate my recent pick up experience... I rated it poor there, and has promised- am rating it poorly here too. I really didn't care for the fact that the drive thru itself appeared like it was closed... I would have second guessed (it took about 3 minutes for someone to finally come to the window) the drive thru, had I not seen someone in front of me successfully get their needs met. Not only that, but when I did inform the lady I was there to "pick up my order" and it was photos- she told me, "you have to come inside for that" I said,"your website gives the option to drive thru or park curbside"... and then she tried to charge me again! Finally, some man came over and showed her on the screen it had been paid for (I had since found my email with the notification of payment, and showed it to her) and I finally got my photos... You know, I had a screaming and crying baby in my back seat- if I wasn't in a hurry, I would have gone inside- I thought this process would be easy and convenient- instead- all I got was a headache,.. oh, and my photos- but that was ridiculous. You guys have horrible reviews online, and now I see why. I'm going to submit this there too!

Do not ever use this pharmacy. By far the worst customer service and experience I've ever had. I've never cried in a Walgreens until tonight. They said it would take 30 minutes to get my son's antibiotics, and in reality it took over 4 hours. They could care less that my son is sick at home and I came twice to get his stuff and waited over 40 minutes each time just for them to tell me it still wasn't ready when they said it should of been ready in 30 minutes. The lady was so rude and dismissive and could have truly cared less. Then when his proscription was FINALLY ready, they didn't even have enough to barely fill half of his bottle of medicine. And told me I'd have to come back for the rest in a few days. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never come back to this Walgreens.

After receiving a a vaccination reminder, I was told I can just walk in when I was at the store, I was told they do not accept any walk-ins and only by appointments.

This place is terrible! It's just so frustrating and the customer service is absolutely horrendous! unfriendly and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

If you need to pick a pharmacy, do not pick this one under any circumstances. The store has the worst customer service possible (rude and uncaring), and a pharmacy that on multiple occasions has made mistakes in prescriptions. The corporate level should shut this store down; no one I know who experienced this store has anything favorable to say. Too bad there is not an option for lower ratings than a one-star!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WALGREENS, IT IS MISMANAGED FROM THE TOP DOWN. On top of the litany of poor reviews regarding the pharmacy (which I can attest are accurate), the management at this store has zero focus on customer service on the retail side as well. On 1JUN at approx 1:30p, there were 19 customers in line to check out (including myself) meanwhile district manager Ashley was at the photo counter taking three employees off the floor to "train" them to sell walgreens credit cards at the POS. Despite the single cashier working calling over the intercom for assistance, in addition to two automated intercom messages for customer service in cosmetics and allergy sections, Ashley did not once stop her pitch explaining how to sell credit cards. I've worked in retail management for years and understand that there are KPIs and specific pushes that managers are responsible for, but the blatant disregard for customer experience and team playing demonstrated by DM Ashley was deplorable. There's no way this woman should be in management and I can only imagine how she interfaces with her team behind doors. After making my purchase, I went over to confront her to which she only replied "I'm sorry for not keeping a closer eye out, I encourage you to contact 1-800 Walgreens. She blatantly refused to give me her last name nor regional managers contact info to share this experience with, instead choosing to brush me off to entry level employees--I'm sure par for the course for this unfortunately misguided manager. While I'd long ago pulled all my prescriptions from Walgreens due to their monopolistic business model, poor generic suppliers and constant understaffing, I will never be patronizing this Walgreens again. I feel for the employees, which have always been kind and helpful here, but until there is a big change at the managerial level, I will not be returning. Had I not already been crunched for time on my lunch break due to this, I would have walked out and completed my purchase at a competitor. I encourage anyone from Walgreens upper management to reach out to me regarding this experience.

The point of curbside is so that I don't have to go in!!!! But I was told by the cashier when I called that I have to go inside. Am I wrong? But last time I checked curbside is so I can get my purchases without having to go inside the store. Pointless. Never again am I using your "curbside" service. SMH

If I could give zero stars, I would. Waited in drive thru pharmacy for over 30 mins only to be told they are still "unloading" and "have a lot to unload". I was told to come back in an hour when they will supposedly have more staff available to unload. I don't understand why it takes over 30 mins to help a few people in line. It's ridiculous.

Walgreens, I am so freaking done with you! I have stood in line needlessly for an hour for the last time in my life. You COULD have sent me a text message informing me that my prescription was no longer available, but no, i had to stand in line for an hour to find that out. I get that you are chronically short staffed. I have overlooked it dozens of times over the last few years. No more. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND HIRE SOME FREAKING HELP IN YOUR PHARMACY! And buy a freaking checkin system so that the people that somehow keep you in business won't have to stand for hours in misery and can do other productive things while they wait.I believed in you. I bought stock in you. I am selling it when the market opens on Monday, and i'm never looking back. You had your chance, actually many chances, and you blew it, over and over and over again. You basic, and i'm gone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is strictly for the pharmacy. Always a long line whether it's indoors or drive thru. I transferred my prescription here from out of state and the pharmacy cancelled my SSRI. Closed my account while I still had refills. Confronted management and they told me they would fix it and still no medication. Had to have a different location help me. Just avoid at all costs.

ZERO, If I could! This place is terrible!!! I made an appointment on Walgreens.com for Covid vaccine at 7:30pm&7:45pm one for me and one for my wife , this is the place has that time available when we got there the pharmacy was closed only drive through open, asked one of the worker there and was told they short of staff so they closed and I was asking how I can make sure it won't happen when I schedule an another appointment? She said i don't know ! So ridiculous! Why you have that time slots open to the customers? It took me about an hour back and forth , Won't come back!

This is the worst Walgreens supervisors will literally leave one person to handle customers and sit and watch as the line builds second time in two months I've waited over 45 min for a ready to pickup prescription supervisor came up looked at the line over 15 people and just walked to the front of the store not helping at all this place is ridiculous save your time and go to king soopers

Picture department is terrible. They are fast but the price should be halved to match the terrible quality of the prints.
