Some people need to learn patience. The employees here are great , before putting the cashier down put yourself in their place. Not having a bagger is not the end of the world. They can't get help . I like having a bagger to but that is how it is . It's just not going to get better

No matter what time of day you go, you will wait in a line at this location. They rarely have people to bag or even check you out, so if you have a large cart prepare to scan and bag it all yourself at one of their tiny spots meant for a few items. Which means it takes twice the time. Often the employees will stand around and chat. employees are mostly very friendly and they usually have good selection I feel. If they did not we'd be at Safeway every time. I avoid when I can.

At this point it's my fault for coming to this location. They cannot fill pickup orders on time or even within a reasonable timeframe of about an hour from when they're supposed to be ready. This is the second time this has happened and I swear I've learned my lesson and won't try to use pickup service at this location again.

The little short lady at self check out is rude as can be--it's called the "self check out" for a reason. Yet she is always interrogating the customers and scanning items for them unasked. I get that you're at work and want to feel important and useful but you shouldn't scare the customers who are there because they didn't want to talk to you in the first place. Know your area that you're working in. You're there to stand around or assist when needed.

Haven't been back and I don't plan on going back. Never enough checkers or even supervisors for the self-checkout lanes. But at least you're met with surly attitudes.

I am so over king Soopers cashiers not helping bag . I remember why I don't shop here any more. A woman carrying a baby in a front carrier was made to bag all of her own groceries. It seems absurd that other stores can bag as they go but kings could care less

This review is specific to the floral department. I had two corsages ordered & both were ready early. They are really beautiful & well-made. Customer service was quick & friendly. I would highly recommend them.

The employee at the deli/hot foods section was fast and friendly as she served up my delicious and filling lunch. I was able to grab my food and drink at a very reasonable price and be on my way. I'll have to come in another time to check out the other aspects of the store.

Its gotten better. They recently out in a fried chicken counter next to the deli....I will say the fried chicken is amazingly great! Not expensive either...try it you Won't be disappointed

Two check out lines were open this afternoon. I clearly chose the wrong one. Dean was more interested in talking than in helping process customer's groceries. There are no baggers in sight to assist customers. I believe Shelley is the one who came to help bag. She and Dean carried on a loud, lengthy conversation about payroll and made jokes about interfering with accurate paychecks. When my check out was completed, Dean said, "Have a nice day, blah, blah, blah." Clearly, customer service is not a priority at this location. I will not be back to this store as I would much rather stop somewhere else. With this kind of treatment, who would want to continue to shop at the store? It is easier and saves time to place orders online and have them delivered. No Dean or Shelley and rudeness involved.

At 4:45 pm Saturday 2 checked working. People lined up down the Iles. Might as well go to Walmart. Yours stuff isNOT fresh. You can say the lie on your adds. It's BS. Mille was past its expiration date in the cooler. My family is done with KS

To the tan lady at the self check out today around 3:30 PM this Wednesday afternoon, please stop scanning my products for me, requesting I scan items again that I've already scanned, saying I must not of scanned it, and then proceeding to continue to do so after I show it to you on my receipt, I was just overcharged for three products that I purchased, and I'm beyond insulted. I am 31 years old COO of a start up tech company who just lost their job and was lucky enough to find resources to help me such as WIC as I've been raising two children on my own as a single parent. I do not appreciate the judgment, I do not appreciate the brasness . It is your job to assist customers not to interrogate them and make check out more complicated for people who are trying to figure out the system. I hope a manager sees this review and has a discussion with how to make people feel more comfortable instead of isolating people who are unfortunate enough to be in my situation during a time like this. I will not be returning to this King Soopers nor will I recommend it to anyone else including after I get back in another COO position making upwards of 80 K a year and have the opportunity to give back. Please don't insult any of us fortunate or less fortunate as your job is to help not to harass.

They are allowing obvious non-service dogs and other pets into the store. This is in violation of the state health code. When brought to a supervisor's attention she gave me an attitude and walked away...never approached the person with the dog.

The Reviews are Spot On...this Pharmacy Is NOT Legit! Several People have had difficulties with Connie....you cannot even call them...as She Answers and then hangs up on you. Then hangs up on My Doctors Office , as She said she could Not hear them. Seriously, I needed my Blood Pressure Medicine...and there was No One Else In Line or even there. I DO NOT Believe Connie the Pharmacist there , as She says there are 10 other Callers ahead of you.....each time...and says it will be a long Hold. Then, without giving you an option...Hangs up! Really,? Save yourself the Stress....Do Not Go There!

The Little Clinic here is a scam. They're diagnosis suck and they tell you the wrong information. Then when all is said and done you'll get a different bill then what was promised. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else, in all honesty your better not going anywhere then coming here if your sick
