Wish maintenance would clean up after themselves. I understand that they come to fix something, but that doesn't mean you can not clean up after your work is complete. It was not dirty or a mess when you arrived and you had to clean it to perform your work. So why do you feel you should leave it dirty/a mess for me to clean?

Manager Jarred Lewis was great to deal with Travis Snyder in maintenance, took care of anything needed promptly and gave me updates. Teddy Tapiz in maintenance also. All very professional and caring for the tenants.
