Jose was amazing! Very friendly! Fixed my daughter’s phone for a very decent price, and had it done in a timely manner, added screen protector and case at no extra charge. Will definitely be my go to for any phone repairs!

Always does a great job. The first time I went I got my battery replaced and it took less than an hour, then this time I when in because my charger port stopped working and he clean it out for me.They never try to upsell and are super cool people.I’ve work with Jose both times

I went to the idea store any Walmart and they were closed. Marco was really helpful and fixed my phone that was having being weird. I am 20 and didn’t have a lot of money to buy a new phone so he fixed mines under 15 minutes. These guys are cool I recommend.

Marco was incredibly helpful giving us pricing estimates for different things we may have needed his assistance for. He’s very knowledgeable about fixing anything from phones to computers and more, not to mention he is super friendly and approachable. The services are really affordable too - much lower than I expected.I went in to get the broken tip of a charger pulled out of the port in my phone and he was able to fix it completely. He made sure before I left that the phone was still able to charge and that everything was functioning. I would highly recommend stopping by if you need any tech repairs!

Best phone store in town. Marco went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. My phone would not stay powered on so Marco worked tirelessly to troubleshoot. Unfortunately the issue was beyond repair. I opted to purchase one of Wireless Wizard’s competitively priced used phones. The original phone I bought had a small hiccup so Marco exchanged it for a new [used] one with no hassle. I highly recommend Wireless Wizard to anyone wanting to be treated like a valued customer with a high level of respect and empathy.
