Came back and talked to you and you were very professional and understanding about the situation. You did everything you could for me. Dillon is the reason I patronize this Xfinity store...he has exceptional knowledge of Xfinity's products, and has solved every issue I have when I visit this store. He is friendly and kind, but maintains a professionalism when working with a customer. Decent customer service is rare , if not nonexistent these days---but Dillon exceeds all expectations in his dedication to the Xfinity brand and its customers. I noted, in reading others' reviews, where ( a week ago) a man named Bill Miller gave this store only one star and had NOTHING nice to say about its customer service...well, Bill, you must have been in a foul mood that day, because I have seen ALL the associates offer nothing but friendly assistance and helpful advice to customers...(the problem might be YOUR attitude, not their assumed incompetences)...OH...and as for prices? I was caught in a terrible contract with AT&T where I was paying $60+ for their BASIC lowest paying plan for unlimited data, etc...and Xfinity cut that cost in half with a much better phone...thank you, Dillon, for being a part of Xfinity and caring about your clientele.

The one star is a gift. This is without a doubt the WORST customer service experience I've had in my life. Crappy access to actual real live people to tend to your issue. I've literally spent hours on line and in person just to have my connection moved 2 miles. It's absolutely pathetic. They're taking money from my account which I did NOT authorize only to receive late notices a few days later in my email and no one to talk to about the issue, only "live chat" bots housed in a 3rd world country. Unchecked and unregulated monopoly. Take your business elsewhere, perhaps to a provider with ethics.

Worst company on this planet. App sucks, customer service sucks, prices are terrible, everythings an upsell and they offer no help without jumping through a million hoops.

One boy called Caden had a horrible attitude, he didn't try to help me solve my problem, but the guy who speaks Spanish (I don't remember his name) he was very polite and he tried his best to help me and he could give me an answer.

I had a disconnect and a new service request and since I was going to be exchanging equipment figured I would go to the service center for my requests. Both times I was greeted immediately and did not wait more than a minute before we were off and running to handle my request(s). First off, Lola is awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to assist me during my first visit for the disconnect and new service. When I returned a second time to drop off the equipment, I inquired about keeping my old DVR box. Shae was my rep and she was also fantastic to work with. Jovan, the store manager, is an asset to Xfinity and I feel confident if I have any concerns in the future, these three would be more than able to assist. Thanks for making both experiences at your store a positive one!!

This company is terrible!!!If you are considering them, i would advise you strongly reconsider! Their product is horrible, customer service can not get any worse, and they don't care about existing customers!If you try to cancel, they won't patch you through to a agent. Waited on hold twice over a hour each time only to get disconnected.

Store is run by a bunch of non professionals. Xfinity tech help told me to come to a local store to exchange my pods that were no longer working. Walked in on a Wednesday at 11am, a guy asked me what I needed and he laughed at me. Most disrespectful and unwilling to help even though I was directed to go to a store. Worse customer service and they wouldn't even check the history of my act and told me to come back tomorrow to speak to a manager. Really????
