Hopefully stores like this will be more common in the future. It is a bit pricey so I don't regularly get my products here but overall it's a wonderful store and fun to browse

This place is such a neat little treasure. Over the last year or so, I've been ~slowly~ transitioning to a cleaner, more sustainable lifestyle. I am glad that I know about this place now, because for such a small shop they have a ton of great options for clean living. From makeup, to oils, herbs, soap, period products, and they even have loose leaf tea blends! I ended up getting the Libra tea, not just because I'm a Libra, but I saw the ashwaghanda root in there and was instantly sold. I'm excited to return, my next mission is to get shampoo and conditioner (they have several huge drums full) without all the chemicals and preservatives. I love the "fill your own bottle" style.

Not a very friendly place to shop or maybe it was just because it was me doing the shopping. The only reason I even walked in was because I’m a big tea person and their wall of tea caught my eye. The girl at the cash register didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in, just gave me a dirty look. She didn’t ask if I need help or anything, just sat behind the register watching me as if I was going g to steal something. Then another man comes out of nowhere and starts following me as I move around the store. Pretending as though he’s a customer but watching me as if I wouldn’t catch on or something. Learned my lesson about trying to support new places. I’ll stick to getting my tea elsewhere.

Great shop for all your zero waste needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you with any questions you might have about going zero waste. My favorite thing to buy was the dish soap in bulk, essential oils, and bathroom essentials.

Love that I can buy bulk cleaning supplies and the ease of adding scents or picking up other earth-friendly supplies.

I absolutely love Zero Market. They cheerfully fill the glass jars I bring in with soaps for all of my household needs, and also have a great selection of essential oils and earth friendly home goods. Bummed to learn that they don't have vinegar anymore (due to their supplier, not their fault). But yay for no more plastic detergent jugs :).

This is the place to start saving the planet! I started my journey by acquiring some reusable items to replace disposables. Next step was to start reducing plastics in my life with a reusable metal straw. I knew I was all in when I started using their laundry detergent in my refillable bottles. The staff are very helpful and can answer all your questions.

Edit: Had the nicest duo working on 11/21 at 5:00 help me. Had awesome suggestions and didn't mind me taking a few minutes to determine the bottle size I wanted. Definite redemption from the first go around.Origional post: Yikes, the young sales woman with the brown hair during the closing 10/24/22 shift was actively being rude to someone and their child as I walked in then continued to be dismissive to me; I had intended on buying something here for the first time today, but felt like I was a huge bother to her so I left.My fam is looking for a spot to be our forever home for refills as we try to change to less waste. We will give this spot one more try.

What a great concept and store inside the Stanley Marketplace. Natasha was great and very informative. Bought a couple of laundry dryer balls and a facial substitute. Highly recommended

Although I have enjoyed this store in the past, tonight's experience was awful. I walked in around 1850 to get a refill on the cancer tea. I walked up to the counter to ask the associate for when she had time to pour me a bag (sign states individuals must ask associated for tea) she replied very flustered and rude that she would help after she was done with other customers (only one customer in the store) I said ok. She then turned around and made a big huff and sigh to make it evident that she was annoyed I asked for tea. I proceeded to say it was no longer needed and left the shop. She immediately walked out and dramatically slammed the gates shut. I write this as i have only had positive experience with the shop, I understand it was closing soon but was just stopping in for a bag if tea. Associate behavior was completely inappropriate.
