Fraud dept shuts off my ATM card if I travel 50 miles outside of my local area. Every single time. Fraud dept shuts off my card if I make an online transaction. I have to use PayPal or my card gets shut down. ANB says the only way around this is to sign a waiver that says ANB is not responsible for any charges on my card. Customer service not open on weekends. I have to bring cash if I go anywhere. I am not making this up.

If I travel away from my home area only 100 miles, the fraud dept shuts off my card every time. That means if I live in Vail, and I go to Denver, They shut off my ATM card every single time. If it is the weekend or night time you are screwed. It gets worse. "card was denied" is a standard thing. If I use my bank card to make an online purchase, the fraud dept shuts off my card if the transaction is done in China. Even a US business that processes the transaction in China. The only way ANB says that I can fix this is to sign a waiver that they are not responsible for any transactions on my card. I am not making this up! I have learned that any social situation requires that I get cash ahead of time to avoid embarrassment. I will switch as soon as I can.

ANB Bank- I have been a loyal customer for 12 plus years. I have had numerous incidents of fraud with my business account. With that said I had fraudulent ATM charges 2 weeks ago in Los Angeles while using the same card at a hotel and businesses while working in Las Vegas... not one fraudulent charge but many many!!!! How did fraud protection not catch this, 10 plus charges at an ATM while I was using the card in Vegas ? The charges were within minutes of one another. The branch as well as the fraud department admitted that this should have been caught. I have been told for 2 weeks from the bank and the fraud department that the money would be returned to my account in 10 business days, now I am being told “we have no idea when your money will be returned to your accountâ€. The branch has stopped communicating with me on this and flat out told me it was my fault that I didn't check the on line app daily! The customer service i have received is DEPLORABLE let alone the money that was taken was entirely due to their less than up to par fraud protection programs. How could the charges not have been caught? DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT USE THIS BANK! After being with this bank for 12 plus years and having both biz and personal accounts and deposits close to 1 million dollars a year, the customer service sucks! The fraud department sucks! They blame it on you if someone infiltrates their system. I have had my account poached many times thru their faulty system and they accept zero responsibility! They approved several thousands of dollars of Fraudulent ATM charges in Hollywood, CA while the card was actually be used AT THE SAME TIME legitimately at businesses and hotels in Las Vegas not once but 10 times!!!! They now are "holding my money for further investigation" I am filing a complaint with the Banking Commissioner of colorado!!! Do not use this bank!!!! Another day and still ANB will not return the money that was fraudulently taken by their faulty security' system- DO NIT BANK HERE!!!!
