Amber and Linda fixed a long time problem we had with our phones and they did it QUICK! We had gone on a cruise and didn’t realize ATT turned off our data to protect us from an unexpected bill for roaming. We tried everything to fix it on our own but Linda knew right away what it was and fixed it in a jiffy! Thank you ladies!!

The employee that helped me was very helpful and very good with her job. She managed to help three people get new phones while I was there for my lunch hour. Got everything set up efficiently and assisted with a friendly attitude while I picked out a new phone

Walked in store. Brunette woman with glasses greeted me with, “Did you have a quick question?” The word “quick” threw me off… I stuttered a bit before asking for dash mounts. She pointed at the wall and said, “If we have anything, it’ll be here.” I saw a row of several options and said, “You’ve got plenty!” She then said, “Depends if you like it.” — Clearly my presence was irritating her. Left immediately.

Recently lost my iPhone 11 charger and went to Walmart as a last resort. Not surprised it didn’t work so I Googled a cell phone store located near me. The two female employees that work there were a little standoffish at first but ended up being very helpful and addressed any questions or concerns that I had. Unfortunately this charger drained my battery, but turns out it was more like an issue with my phone. When I returned it they gave me my full refund promptly. Which I really appreciated.

I have used this location on several occasions. Shannon, who works at the shop, is a gem. She is personable, sharp with solving problems and is very helpful. I have seen her with a number of older clients and she has such patience with them. She is such an asset to the store.During the covid crisis she wiped down the countertop after each client to disinfect. It was an added level of care that is a wonderful touch.Great hire AT&T Eagle Vail!

Absolutely worst AT&T experience EVER, and two times by the same person no less. Shannon was as rude as anyone I’ve ever experienced in retail and I’m almost 60! Make the drive to Edwards if you must use AT&T.
