“I was a little weary about going to Walmart for tire service since I’ve never used them, but gave them a chance after finding the tires I wanted for far less than anywhere else (on sale on their website). I ordered them direct to this store, and set an appointment for 1pm the next week. I got to the store a bit early (around 12:30) and checked my vehicle in. The service manager, Andy, told me the guys go to lunch at 1 and it might be a longer wait, but he’ll try and get me in asap. I was fine with this, and went out to my car to grab a book to read, and see Andy walking over to grab my vehicle, not even 5 min after checking in. I asked him “you’re grabbing it now?” and he just said “yeah might as well get you in before lunch”. They also looked into and solved a minor grinding noise I had when turning, without asking anything extra. Had my car done before 2, less than a 1.5hr wait, perfect amount of time to grab a coffee and bite to eat, and get some shopping done.

I’m writing this after driving back home, which is a ~40min drive on the highway to neighboring Summit county, and no issues with the installation so far. Tires were balanced well as a minor vibration I had at highway speeds seemed to be gone. These guys were professional, friendly, and efficient, compared to previous experiences having to wait 4-5hrs at other tire shops in the area for the same thing. Hopefully Walmart is paying them well! As mountain locals we all know how limited our options are for tire shops and the importance of having reliable tires. Definitely will consider going here for future tire needs.”
