Rented a 5x5 unit for a couple months, fairly priced for location, very clean facility, and well regulated temp/humidity in the summer if that's something you care about.

This place is so clean. I often see the sweet manager, Kaitlyn, out cleaning the property. I have also seen her do the floors. That is a LOT of floors, too. I have even seen her out painting the handicap parking indicator!! On the ground, painting! She always greets me with a smile and a hello. Even when she is on the golf cart, she takes the time to say hello.
I accidentally bugged her on her day off during the week. I felt terrible! She went and opened the office even when she didn't have to. Poor thing probably has that happen all the time! Which doesn't seem very fair to her. No matter what she makes, she should get a raise for being exceptional even off the clock.
I might also add I was around about a year ago also, and the lady that worked there wasn't as kind nor did the property look as good.
