The young brunette girl is absolutely rude, snappy and bitter. I have to go to fedex because of the pre paid labels otherwise I would totally avoid using their service.

The woman working was helpful, but Sergio was a real jerk. I think they're just miserable working in a Walmart everyday, because he was just utterly dismissive and rude to me. Annoyed that I asked him a question. Mumbled his answer. I watched him get in a fight with two other customers. It was like he was annoyed by customer asking them how to do what they needed to do. Go to copy copy. Stay away from that pos Sergio. He's in the wrong line of work.

We sent our ski gear from Florida. 4 big ski bags and 2 large moving boxes. It is our first ski trip and we did not know what to expect. They were super helpful and professional. They called me when everything arrived and helped me figure out how the holding schedule works. I really appreciate how professional and understanding they are. Thank you.

FedEx is pretty bad in the Vail Valley. Shipments routinely are delayed while UPS provides great service. Avoid using FedEx to ship to the Vail Valley or when shopping anything important from the Vail Valley.

Terrible service, very disappointed. They don't care about solving the problems they themselves create. I asked to pick up my order at the FedEx inside Walmart in Avon, and they made me go 3 times confirming that it was there and it was never there. They made me go to the FedEx in Eagle (240 marmot ln) which is 30 minutes from my house. (Because they couldn't send it to the one I REQUESTED IN THE BEGINNING). Particularly disappointed in the attention of Sergio (in charge of FedEx inside Walmart), I called this morning (he treated me very reluctantly), I asked him to confirm that I asked to go pick it up at Eagle's today, he told me yes and When I got to the Eagle office it was CLOSED. I drove an hour in vain.
I have been calling FedEx for two weeks and no one is interested in helping you, they give you wrong information about everything you ask. They don't even know the hours of their own offices.

Karley is condescending and rude. Her attitude towards the customer is unwarranted. Attempting to provide the information she requested to put into the computer system she behaved as though my business was an inconvenience. Additionally she did not type the address in correctly, never gave me an option to see the address to ensure it is correct.

This is the third time in a week I’ve been to FedEx and for the third time Karely was incredibly helpful and patience with all of our printing needs. She helped us figure out the quickest and cheapest way to print what we needed while also served other customers since we took awhile. Will definitely return.
