It is also very obvious that he wants to make sure you get the correct bed, not just the most expensive one. Since he is the only employee make sure you call before you drive to Minturn so he can meet you there. I spent about 3 weeks trying to find the best mattress for the lowest price and that is exactly what I got, because of Rob.”
