Ok so here is the deal with this shop. I was in a accident in a snow storm were i slid off the road sideways and hit a road delineator. I was in the process of moving so my car was loaded with personal belongings. My mistake was letting progressive choose repair shop and not negotiating the repairs myself. Anyhow Mid Valley picked car up and I called them before that was scheduled to ask them to allow me to get back up there in a rental car to retrieve my belongings out of car. They said ya sure but went and picked the vehicle up immediately anyhow. I was frustrated and let them know I needed access to vehicle thet told me they would learn front of there shop in Avon. I traveled all the way from Denver to get stuck on I-70before Vail due to accident and after 3 hr wait had to turn around and come back the next day. Then I am communicating with project manager about a hose from air/oil seperator they went under the car to the rear of the car that I had to remove cause it was dragging after the accident. He said he would order it. A month later 2 days before the rental car time was up that was supplied by progressive I called him to ask about picking up car. I let him know I am going to have to pay for the rental after 2 days. He says I won't which he was wrong and he was waiting on the hose he ordered. Someone from the shop called me and told me car would be ready to pick up Monday. So they needed the car that last weekend to install a hose they never even installed. When I picked up car they told me it was missing the little tow bar cover on front and when it got in they would let me know. That was 3 months ago and I haven't heard anything from them. So here is were it gets really good. I opened the hood a couple days later to check things out. Realized the never replaced the hose. They didn't even clean all the dirt and crap inside the front fender well. On top of that the never even connected the right front turn signal. So I clean. It out and am figuring out the connection and its not even the right connector prices. So I have had to order a jumper cable with right connectors. I could have been pulled over since my turn signal wasn't working up front. The one compliment I will give them is they cleaned the inside of the car real nice. Probavly so I wouldn't inspect any further when I picked it up. Well played! They pestered me about leaving a review. Well here is their review! Not pleased at all! Shady business with terrible quality control. I hope someone finds this useful. Want my advice find another shop and make sure you negotiate your repairs. I dealt with these guys and they didn't even honor what thry told me. Sad no one takes any pride in what they do anymore! You can see pict u res after I cleaned the inside up and of course missing engine cover!

I dropped my car off after slamming a curb due to snow and I didn't expect to have such an amazing experience. Everything was taken care of, from my bumpers to my tires and more. They worked directly with insurance and I didn't have to lift a finger during the entire process. I went to pick my car up, sad that I had to pay my insurance deductible, yet I left surprised and happy instead. The interior of my car was cleaned/detailed and other small damages had been taken care of. I picked up my car feeling like it was new again. I wouldn't recommend any other auto body shop - these guys are genuinely amazing!

AJ and the entire team are exceptional. Great communication and service from start to end on my truck repair. They Even recommended another shop for a smaller repair because they said it would be a better deal. That’s true customer service. I highly recommend this business. Ask for AJ, he is the best.

I have never been blown away by an autobody shop before. The team at MidValley absolutely saved me on a cross country trip where my fender was torn clean off. During a holiday week the team was able to source a part in 2 business days and finish all work that day at a reasonable cost. They absolutely saved me during a tough time. They go so far above and beyond with great communication, customer service & great work to the car. They even stayed open late to finish the work. I can't say enough good things about MidValley and the team there. 10/10.

Exceptional! My experience with Mid Valley was the best Customer Service I’ve received in years! After being rear ended in Summit County and unable to get into any of the local places, we chose Mid Valley and Avon. Not only did they do an amazing job putting our vehicle back together, but they kept in communication with us regarding with the process, handled all the interactions with the insurance company and even delivered our car back to us. We were absolutely elated with the service we received from them! After they dropped our Gmc off, we then had them take our bronco to work on some minor body work. I highly highly recommend.!!!

The team of guys at MidValley Auto Body deserves applause! Literally. 👏😊 they are ALL professional & kind, which seems hard to come by in business these days, and they assured me that everything would be fixed w no worries. Their skill is superb! They fixed our car like new! The last time it looked this good was the day we drove it off the lot lol seriously! Took my car here for damage to my bumper, they did an amazing job of making it look brand new again. It was done within a week and partnering with a rental service they were also knowledgeable on.
