I had an exceptional experience with Mrs. Sarah at the USPS that truly deserves recognition. She is so sweet and went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that could have easily been brushed off. My passport had been delivered, but due to an address issue, I never received it. When I came in to ask for help, Mrs. Sarah didn’t just give me a standard response—she took the time to personally look up the tracking number, investigate the delivery, and even went the extra mile to contact the local mail carrier, Ozzie, to assist in locating it.
Thanks to her effort, professionalism, and genuine care, I was able to recover my passport. Mrs. Sarah is a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like. If every USPS location had employees like her, the level of service nationwide would be on another level. Her dedication and kindness made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. Thank you, Mrs. Sarah”
“Have to laugh at all the bad reviews. This tiny post office has to deal with mountains of packages, most of them from Amazon, because many folks can no longer be bothered to purchase things locally or make a periodic trip to Frisco or Glenwood for their needs. I've had a PO Box at the Edwards location for a year and they haven't lost a single package or letter, so I have to believe a lot of the issues reported here come down to user error. Learn the system, know what you're ordering and who they're using to ship, and maybe also consider doing what people did for years, i.e. going to actual stores to buy stuff. And yeah, tons of people have moved here, so there isn't always PO Box availability and you might have to go to a different town to get one. Sucks but that's our 2024 reality. Thanks for hanging in there local PO crew.”
