Tom the owner was great to deal with during our recent mattress purchase. We shopped around but Sleep Solutions had the small store feel and personal attention the other stores in town did not. Tom was honest and did what he said he was going to do. Highly recommended.

Tom, the owner brought his own truck to my home to deliver a box spring so I would have a bed. I only gave him about five hours notice and he went out of his way to do this for me. He was friendly and super helpful and I highly recommend giving Tom your business! Good old fashion customer service is not gone!!!

Saved the day! I originally ordered a queen size bed box set from Mattress Firm! After a very stressful, long run around on the delivery part, I ended up cancelling the order. This afternoon at approximately 1:30 I called SLEEP SOLUTIONS store in Avon. Quentin is Amazing,! I was able to get a new mattress set delivered in 30 mins! Customer service is beyond Amazing! Go here before you go anywhere else!, I will never go to another mattress store in the Valley!

Sleep Solutions is the absolute best. They saved my life after Mattress Firm failed to ever deliver my mattresses. I wish I knew about them earlier. They helped me find perfect mattresses, and delivered them for free the next day. They are friendly, honest, communicated, we're so helpful and the quality is excellent. The mattresses are even made locally, and price was better than the competitor. I wish I could buy more mattresses from them!
