Horrible bank. Online system doesn’t allow you to transfer to other banks, never got my debt card after 2 weeks.

A place. Edit 5/17/21... I fully admit that I am hard headed and am assuredly part of the problem... that being said, I do truly believe that more could have been done. It's alright tho.

I’ve tried calling 3-5 times per day for the last few weeks while they had only “scheduled office hours only”. I still haven’t gotten an answer. The phone number they advertise on line is not the same as the one on the door. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes with the main number because I need to send a wire transfer and though their website claims that I can do it there, the directions on the site don’t correlate with what’s actually on the site. Worst bank I’ve ever used. It’s been a struggle at every step since I opened the account. To their credit, once I finally got in, the staff was very friendly and helpful

No one answers the phone at this bank and they do not return emails. There is no way to get hold of them except going to the bank and often need to wait a while. The previous bank in Vail was good. They always answered the emails and phone promptly. There was excellent customer service in Vail. This is terrible service here in Avon, CO

Well after reading all of the terrible reviews, I was trying to remain neutral...However, this bank won't even answer their phone! No voicemail, no directory, just let it ring for almost 5 minutes... Maybe I should've become a banker.

Customer service it's terrible one young lady, always sitting down looks mad all the time never jumps on teller to help out with transactions ,and it looks they don't know what they're doing, they need more training

This branch makes you want to go to in dentist instead. Waiting for over two hours to wire money. As soon as I move I am getting rid of US Bank as if they were lice. Cynthia is the slowest most inept bank employee I ever seen. Two hours to wire funds, Edwards has no one that can wire. So everyone be prepared for long, long waits.

The lady here is terrible along with all my other US Bank experiences. I will be switching banks. I've had 2 nice experiences with US bank since ive had them otherwise they are un proffesional. Switch banks.
