Clutch replacement on truck. They did a great job. Reasonable up front pricing, took time to explain some of the things they found while working on it. Very knowledgeable and thorough job. This is literally the only place I'll take my vehicle for significant work in the valley. Honest folks and do good work.

FAST, great service.
I work for a 5 star hotel and the customer service here still impresses me. You are paying for speed and service at this shop and it is worth the price tag.
Asked for local recommendations when my Honda needed expedited maintenance. I am new to the valley, and this is the shop that all the locals told me to use.
I have since been back twice, making 3 total visits. Peter knows my name and I have never had to leave my car more than a day. They always get the parts on time and get it fixed. I plan to have all my routine maintenance completed here too.

I had a fantastic experience with Vail Auto Repair! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was driving through Colorado and had to make an emergency stop to get this fixed and the staff was generous enough to fit us in their busy schedule and truly went above and beyond.

This was absolutely awful experience. We took our car in a month ago explaining that I had a memorial service in New York and we had to drive the car to New York. They kept telling it it would be done day after day. Then hour after hour. We would’ve taken the car to another mechanic had they not promised us it would be done in time weeks in advance. I would not recommend this garage to anybody ever again. They suck.
