I just moved into town and had no problem at all switching my pharmacy over to Walgreens. I didn’t catch the name of the girl that helped me but she was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Great experience. :)

This place seriously sucks! Nothing is the price it’s supposed to be! A box of chocolates says $1 on the tag, but then it rings up as $10 at checkout—what kind of scam is that? The same thing happens with chips, drinks, and merchandise. And don’t even get me started on the bandages—they’re advertised online as 2 for $7, but at checkout, they’re suddenly 2 for $8.50! I shouldn’t have to second-guess every single item I pick up or triple-check my receipt to make sure I’m not getting ripped off. Shopping here is an exhausting guessing game, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Do better!

Checked hours via live person and online recording, went to pickup critical prescription and they had posted a sign CLOSED , open in 2 days. Typical this location. They show up when they feel like it. Changing all RX to reliable pharmacy.
Terrible service and in some cases life threatening!!!!!

Wow! Had an appointment fro 10am this morning to get the newest Covid Vaccination. I had filled out the forms online and got to Walgreens right before 10. They told me the Pharmacy was closed! What! They said the Pharmacist had called and wasn't coming in. I asked them why they didn't call me or email me to notify me. The woman behind the regular counter said that they didn't have access to the Pharmacy information. Why doesn't the Pharmacy have a system in place for days like this. As usual, I'm disappointed in Walgreens and it's the last time I'll make a vaccination appointment with them. Luckily, I called City Market Pharmacy about 2 blocks away and they told me to come on in.

Your pharmacy is temporarily closed. Unfortunately this happens all the time at this location. On top of it you have an attitude when calling for help!

Worst customer service I have experienced in the Vail Valley. I stopped to buy a coca cola and the cashier could not process my payment. Customer service was called, and the lady made me feel like I was robbing the store. She said, “I am going to take my time to read everything.” I wasted more than 15 min to pay for a coca cola!?!
Well – You take your time – I will spend my money somewhere else!

The sign says they are open until 10 pm but they locked the doors by 9:30 when I arrived and would not let us in the store even though there was people inside shopping still. Horrible management!

I would give this location a 0 star if I could! Pharmacy was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I went up to the counter for my prescription and was asked to wait a second while she was typing. 10 minutes later I was still waiting. She never even made eye contact with me and acted as if I was being an inconvenience to her. I ended up leaving and having my prescription sent to Walmart. I can promise I will never walk into another Walgreens again.
