We did the free ebike tour with Zach and Alton. They were very helpful and patient with a bunch of old people. Nice ride up to Beaver Creek and back on coole bikes. Not sales at all. Good views. Very easy. It was not exercise if that is a consideration.

Matt was super helpful troubleshooting our battery - a simple tweak that he was able to walk me through over the phone. Helped me save $600 that I was being quoted to replace the battery. Love the bike and excited to get back on it!
