We have worked with Bailey Propane for at least 15 years. We have used other propane suppliers years ago, but nobody comes close to customer service as Bailey Propane.

Best propane company for park county. Dwayne is always very helpful on the phone. Reliable with filling our tank and reasonable prices. We were having some issues with our generator (we live off grid), and they sent techs out the same day to take a look. They came back out the same week and helped fix the issues that were not identified by our generator company. We greatly appreciated the knowledge and help from Mike and his partner and can’t recommend them enough.

We left amerigas because of horrible customer service with numerous no shows and a system which made it impossible to communicate with the local provider.Bailey is the opposite. When you call a real local person answers. They show up when they say they will show up and have fantastic communication skills. Our winter propane anxiety is gone!

Great customer service! I went in not knowing how to fill my propane tank. They were gentle and took care of the fill on my van. After a terrible experience at the laundromat in this town, it was refreshing to have a few laughs and great service from Bailey’s Propane. Thank you and much success to you all. :-)

Be careful if you don’t use enough propane! They own the tank on my property and that means I have to be a waist full consumer. Haven’t filled the tank in years so they are taking it back right before winter. Hell of a nice company right? They just show up wondering around my property no knock on the door or anything. And any propane I paid for will be taken back. I was a customer for 15 years. Customer loyalty doesn’t exist here.

I live in the back woods in Mosquito Gulch. They get their truck up there everytime in a timely manner. Super nice and helpful. Prices are always competitive. Service is superior. The best gas company around.

I recently switched my gas provider over to Bailey Propane and I have nothing but great things to say! I called them numerous throughout and each and every time, a real human answered the phone within 2 or 3 rings - no annoying lengthy phone tree to navigate through. They showed up when they said they would to set the tank and when I received my first bill, no surprises - no extra fees; just cost of gas and tank rental. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and always helpful!!

Actually had a race between Bailey and an unnamed company. Bailey propane was momentarily out of tanks. The other company had tanks. Bailey got a tank installed and filled before the other company got out of bed. The other company is still calling me to fill a tank they never delivered. Bailey is the company - Additional benefit - no call center in a foreign country where you talk to someone that doesnt know what propane actually is.
