One guy in a store with no lights. Wanted to move two phones to Verizon but he was incompetent. Could not describe plans without entering info into computer and I was afraid he would port the phone by accident. Ran from the store.

Jerry was the absolute rudest person when we went in there and not a very nice person after we talk to their people online at Their call center and sent us in there. He said he couldn’t help us and was very rude to us saying it was our fault and refused to give us the manager. I would not recommend this store to anybody and I would recommend Verizon to take away their contract. Absolutely out of hand

Amazed by this place, Walter went out of his way to help me set up my phone, which was a huge hassle as it didn’t have the original SIM card and had ESIM issues. He’s great!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. This was a complete waste of drive time as the associate was unengaged, not knowledgeable and had no desire to work or help. I would recommend doing anything you need with Verizon or phone companies directly and not wasting time at this store.

Don’t go here till the air conditioning is fixed. I went in this store to have the guys fix a problem on my phone. The guys here are very Knowledgeable and efficient The temperature has been 85plus in the store for 2 weeks now and they say it isn’t scheduled to be fixed until 3 more days. I feel so sorry for these guys and if a customer needs to stay in there more than three minutes it’s unbearable and nobody wants to stay that long no matter how severe the problem is.

attempted to go around 5:30pm on sat 4/20. They were closed although they had it on the website that they closed at 7Pm. Not very chill
* there was NO WAIT because THEY WERE CLOSED. Not open at all although the website and all the signage said that they were*

WORST customer service ever. Went in 3 days out of 4, 1st day walked in, kid was on his phone in the corner.. I had to say uhm hello? Was picking up an upgrade phone, it was grabbed from the back and told it was ready. When asked for my pin, I admittedly didn’t have it, ran out of time and had to leave. Two days later, went it and was not greeted again, just looked at blankly by 4 workers, just sitting around a table on their phones. Was told they did not have my phone, even tho they did two days prior. Was told Verizon customer service was wrong. Called the customer service line and was told that was inaccurate and they do have my phone. Went in today and was told the same thing also multiple eye rolls and attitude..They do not have my phone and to call and cancel my phone order.. wow. Also, maybe if you have a phone number, you should answer and/or call back the voicemails you say you will answer.

My review is only one star because I can't put zero. Firstly I walk in with my son and was greeted with nothing but a huff of anger such as Implying I was bothering him by just walking in, secondly I go to him to add an esim for my son's phone who's sim card ho stopped working he then in a snarky tone ask "what do you want" I then explain the issue and ask if he could ethier troubleshoot it or add an esim he then just ask for my number and my son's number to start adding an esim to his phone grabs his phone and ask what's his password promptly after giving it to him I asked questions to try and find out why this could have happened or what to do he gives me the same response in a angry tone while huffing saying "I don't know sir" each time his tone increasing as if he was getting angry. He then finishes my son's phone and it works he finally has data except one issue I ask again why is my son's phone not ringing he comes with the same response he's given every time "I don't know" I finally get feed up and decided to call him out on his snarkyness and his ugly behavior he then increases his tone and explains it won't ring because "the mail box is full" even as a 50 year old male I know this is wrong. I finally get fully fed up with this horrible cosutmer servie and his attitude and huffing. This is some of the worst costumer service I've ever had in my life and it could not have been a more simpler job I hope this man fixes his attitude and this store fixes their issues as I've seen numerous other reviews with similar encounters please fix this horrible costumer service or reprimand these people for having such horrible attitudes.
