Terrible customer service. I really dint feel like to taking the sub. Big lady is super rude. I wouldn’t come back to this again. This review is just a heads up of what you will be running into because the subs are the only few options available. So be aware!!! Try to stay calm and proceed.

I went in on the morning of October 1st and horrible customer service, both of the ladies making sandwiches got mad as soon as we walked in (the place was empty when we walked in) since they were already busy making a big order, then they took a while to get our order and I was not even pressuring them when they told me "hurry up because we don't have your time we are very busy right now" which I understand but that was very rude, then they didn't even take my order how I wanted because they were in such a hurry, making themselves take longer. I don't know why they hire people who don't know how to give the right service to clients, now I understand why that subway is so empty all the time. 0/10

I hadn't gone to eat there for 3 years, I had forgotten the terrible customer service that place provides, Maria is super rude. Three years later she is still rude, she threw the tray at me to eat there because she wrapped it in paper and I told her that it was to eat there, she didn't care and wrap it for to go, the man behind me told her the same thing and He threw the two green trays at us, sooo disgusted by the attention and MARIA the worst customer service I’ve had.

Their oven has never worked.If ordering online you get whatever bread they decide, and any special requests forget about it.

We placed an online order for our company and when we got to the store to pick it up, they said they didn't have the order. We showed them the receipt of the order and that it had been paid for already and they refused to make our sandwiches unless we paid again. We called the store and the lady hung up on us multiple times! A real joke...

The man who makes subs at this Subway got upset and started arguing with me when I asked him to change his gloves after working the cash register. Can’t believe I still ate that sub. Subway do better.Vegetarian options: I asked for the veggie sub and for them to change their gloves and they got mad at me..

The only reason they get one star is the sandwich once finally made correctly was good. My 12 year old son asked for Honey Mustard on his sandwich and MARIA decided to put mustard. When he said that was not correct she told him he was wrong and he had to take the sandwich as it was?!?! Then when I took the sandwich back to get the correct one she was aggressive and yelled at me, telling me he was in the wrong. Are you kidding me? If subway management is reading this please please check the cameras from 8:15am 3/29 and I am sure you will be just as disgusted in MARIAs behavior as I am.

Me and my co-worker went in to get a sub and the guy that worked there instantly said we cant come in without a mask as the lady he was helping was not wearing a mask and even said oh does that mean i need a mask. We were definitly discriminated against and if this branch of subway wants more customers i would get rid of who ever that guy was working about 15min ago because hes chasing away your customers. As for us being a subway customer in the future will be determined.
