This store has turned into a crap show since it became a maverik. I miss Kum & Go. The crap show isn't because of employees (they are awesome and do their best) it is because of corporate. Almost every morning I go in to get a breakfast item and every morning there isn't very many choices. Like one day there were only 2 breakfast burritos. Another day their were only 5 breakfast items in the whole hot case and no pizza at all. The morning with the 5 breakfast items was the most I've ever seen in the hot case since maverik took over. Now I hear that maverik is going to frozen pizza. Get real. I know it's a system that tells employees when to put items in the hot case and it's probably to save on food waste but when you are in the store in the morning with 10-15 customers and only 2 food items in the hot box it's a totally different view than what corporate sitting around a table sees. Maverik corporate, join the real world. Stop coming up with ideas that only work on paper and not in real life. I've always loved maverik until they took over the western colorado Kum & Go's. I feel bad for the wonderful staff at this location because they are the ones that have to do with corporate office fallout from having little to no food in the hot case. The employees are awesome. Corporate is right about not cooking a lot of hot food to prevent waste but on the other side of the coin you are losing money because there is little to no food out to be sold. So you are losing money when customers come in for hot food and there is no hot food. The ONLY reason I still go into this store is because I love talking to the employee's because they are so kind. Kum & Go was so much more family oriented and treated customers like family. Maverik has ruined that and turned it into a crap show and made a customer a number and not a person. Take your business elsewhere, don't waste your time going to look for something quick to eat. Go next door to the dollar store

***UPDATE***
So after talking with the manager and cook at the battlement mesa store a few days ago, and the cook, and promised it would change, nothing has changed except now you get burnt chicken bacon and pepperoni pizza slices no Hawaiian pizza, and there corporate office could care less...😡😡😡
Doesn't matter what maverick i go to there's always an excuse, of why there's no pizza already in the hot case in slices, no one to cook it, outta pizza, you have to wait ten minutes. What's the use of a hot case if you're not using it for what it's purposed for...

This is just ridiculous! It’s been two months since Maverick took over, and we still cannot go there and get any hot premade foods. not that we go there often but when you’re going there at lunchtime for a quick bite and nothing is hot and there’s no options but cold pizza or cold corn dog!?. Also we are told that the cook in the kitchen doesn’t like to cook and that he stops cooking at 4 o’clock in the afternoon so there’s nothing after that. Someone needs to be fired!

2 pieces of pizza and a medium soda cost 76 cents with using the rewards... Apparently you have to pay taxes on the rewards. But I mean you can't beat it for 76 cents.

Staying in Parachute for the week as some of our plans got delayed. Ordered a pizza, great quality for gas station pizza!? My wife and I were very pleased with the clean, friendly environment.

I think our store is great!I have an adult disabled daughter who loves to go there & her & I have always been treated with kindness. We love our pizzas!During covid I do wish all patrons would wear a mask though.Thank you all who work so hard to keep our store running, you are appreciated!

I just love how this store is open 24 hours and carries big red soda. This store has saved me on Christmas Day when I realized I didn’t have what I needed, and the staff is super nice. I love how clean the parking lot always is.
