Did Amerigas deliver a 5 sar experience? No, you never did. Honestly, my experience with Amerigas was horrible. I think you're an incredibly unprofessional company. I would never consider doing business with you ever again and would advise anyone I know not to do business with you either. If I can be of any more help to you, let me know.

The tank monitor gives real time propane levels that makes re-ordering something is dont have to think about. Communication is top notch as I know when I will get deliveries. Everything is done online so payment is fast and easy.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. They are not honest and do not care about their customers. Somehow their actual service is worse than their customer service, which is saying something since they do not employ a single customer service employee in the United States. They have over charged us, charged us for services not rendered, and railroaded us at every opportunity. Please avoid this company at all cost if you are able to.

I purchased an abandoned property almost a year ago that has an Amerigas (empty) tank on it. Since then I’ve been trying to get someone to pickup the tank off the property. I’ve sent in documentation that I own the property, called, emailed and nothing. All you have to do is drive up there and grab it. You would think they would want their tank back??

You guys keep billing me for the previous home owner's account. I have the receipts that show you guys cashed the check and there is no balance left. I have an invoice from you that shows this. However that $1885 charge keeps coming back.

This company is the one my father chose for his house. Since I've moved here & been dealing with this company it's been the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Our neighborhood has a "community code" which they don't honor. They told me the price of the propane & when I mentioned a community code they said it would take 24 hours to process. Ok, fine. The next day they called & told me the same price & said the code had already been added. The next time I ordered they took longer than the 7-10 business days to deliver. This time I ordered & asked for them to call the night before they delivered & they did. Except I've been waiting all day just to get another call to say it will be tomorrow but I already took off of work today. So I called to see what's up because I can't keep taking off & they said they can't change it but they'll make it a priority tomorrow.. they have a lot of problems. Unfortunately, my father lives in Arizona but still doesn't want me to switch companies or I would have already.

***UPDATE*** Amerigas did contact me via email and said they were looking into my issue but then sent an email saying that they wouldn’t credit my account because the gps coordinates were near my house, obviously they were in my area I have camera footage of them delivering the propane across the street from my house. I have added a couple photos of them across the street at the time they say they delivered it to my house.I was charged for a delivery I didn’t receive and have not been given a credit on my account

Since our delivery was made without any advance notice, we hadn't shoveled the snow to make delivery easier but the delivery man was great and was able to get his hose to the tank despite the mounds of snow he had to walk through. He was a really nice guy, too.

Your drivers lied about delivery attempts, on multiple occasions, stating that my driveway was not plowed as the reason. I have cameras recording 24/7 that show my driveway is completely free of any snow or ice and no AmeriGas truck came past. It took hours on the phone, on multiple days, for them to finally actually send a truck. I have cancelled service with AmeriGas as a result and have asked for the tank to be picked up. It has been over a week since I spoke to someone and the tank pickup has still not been scheduled. All of this was following multiple issues with false invoices and inaccurate billing. This is a horrible company.

Price 3.99 a gallon when nearest competitors was 2.60. Waited 13 days from date ordered till date received. After 23 years we will be finding a new provider.
