The very best Vet EVER!! Dr. Baxstrom comes all the way to my ranch. I have 12 horses and 1 dog, and I call him since 20 years for all my animals whenever I have a problem with one of them. He has saved me a lot of money while being straight honest and whenever it is possible he also helped me to find the right treatment by phone call! He taught me so many good things on how to fix smaller problems with my horses, and he always is there for me if I face a emergency. In Pagosa Springs the Veterinarians let me sit alone with a colicing horse for 6 hours while he was not available one day because he was out of town, and that horse died. It was very sad. So YES, I totally recommend him, Dr. Baxstrom has the biggest heart and never rejected me when I had a emergency even though I live 1 hour from his praxis. Thank you Thank you Thank you, Dr. Baxstrom for your dedication to safe life and to comfort every animal that needs your help.

Dr. Baxtrom is the best ever. I had never been before and was supposedly established with another vet hospital in Bayfield. My pug of 13 years descended into no walk eat drink in a 24 hour period and the "hospital" didn't answer their emergency line or landline for hours. Dr. Baxtrom took her right in and fixed her right up?
