I am a seasonal user and every time I have called to start service and get refills, which has been 7 or 8 times, they always delivered when they said they would. I would definitely recommend!

I have been with Ferrell gas for years! Always a pleasurable interaction. I put in a request for partial fill 2 weeks ago. I’m now on 11% and no sign of fill in sight. Called and spoke to someone who said she’d get back to me and it’s been 3 days. Who pays for recheck if the tank goes empty?
