I have called twice to speak with the manager and have not received a call back. I called in to see if I can get a delivery early and I was denied even with it all ready being payed. I find this very unfair I have babies in my house and was on 5% and with it being the cold winter my pipes can freeze. I was denied to get my propane 3 days early and now we are having to sit without.

I had some financial issues and it was honestly my fault that my tank ran out within a couple of days of me paying for a refill. But they didn’t care at all that my house was at 45 degrees, I couldn’t run my stove or do laundry as they postponed my delivery another three days from when it was scheduled to be delivered before the thanksgiving holiday.

I have had no problems with Ferrell, I have never ran out of Propane. I use a wood stove most of the time in the winter, so my propane usage is minimal. The delivery guys are always pleasant.

I was quoted one price and charged another one higher. Called them and said they had no record of the quote. Then the person I spoke to said they would call me back the next day, that did not happen so I had to call them back I would give them a one but the rep was very nice. Called another propane company they are 50 cents a gallon cheaper, soon as I run low changing to the local company.

I have found myself owing this company a little over $300 for propane I never asked for. They never, EVER, deliver without payment first so why did they all of a sudden do that now? I have froze during the winter because I was out of propane but no money to pre pay. My patience for how this company does business is running very thin.

I am a seasonal user and every time I have called to start service and get refills, which has been 7 or 8 times, they always delivered when they said they would. I would definitely recommend!

The office lady in Bayfield is nothing short of a dishonest, incompetent liar. Getting a simple refill is a nightmare at best. Use any other propane service except Ferrellgas. You have been warned.

My mom is out of gas before Christmas holiday was not even able to get a hold of anybody and as of today the 26th we still cannot get ahold of anybody all we get is the automated system this is the crappiest service I have ever seen of a gas company my mom is 79 years old this is no type of service

This Operation is awful. Find other ways to get your gas. No one person is accountable. Huge lead times. Website feels crooked. Buy you gas elsewhere, if possible. Ferrell Gas bring the gas I prepaid you for.

Last year I was allowed to run out of gas twice. I am a will call customer and in both cases it took more than 2 weeks for a delivery to show up, This year I find the gas price Ferrell charges is .67 cents higher than their competitors price. In addition, I found the price to purchase my own tank from Ferrell is twice what the competition charges! I tried to be loyal to Ferrell but the cost to do business with them is just to high.
