Update: due to some medical issues I fell behind on one of my units. Once I explained everything to them and provided proof they were willing to waive the late fees. I appreciated the willingness to help where they could and their understanding.
Just don't. Unfortunately I had no other option. It was a decent price before it was sold. You'd think with the price, there would be pest control. The new ownership is based out of colorado springs I believe. If you have time. Find a better option because your stuff will be ruined being stored here.

Just called them this morning and was in a unit the same day. Staff is super friendly and easy to work with. The combination lock on the unit was super easy to remove and place in drop box. They even had a new lock waiting in the unit for me! Unit was clean and ready to go! Would recommend.

I'm having the best time with gemvillage storage if there is ever a problem with my unit I am contacted promptly and courteously and problem is solved in a timely fashion. It is managed very well five stars

Gem Village Storage was a reliable and great experience to store all my personal belongings. Ruby always had great customer service and made sure I had what I needed and if I had any questions to never hesitate to call and ask. When I need another storage unit, they will be first on my list. We got a letter that Gem Storage had changed ownership and needed to update our payment information. Spoke with a really nice young lady who walked us through setting up an account on their website. First class service! Glad we got in when we did, as storage space is scarce around here!
