I bought my first skiboards from skiboards.com. They were very nice to do business with, and I learned that this was a family owned business. When I reached out to them with my concern, I heard from Doc Roberts, who is their CEO. He was both professional and personable. I felt that he genuinely cared about his customers. We need more businesses like this, rather than corporate giants that treat customers like they are just numbers. If you haven't tried skiboards or don't know what they are, I highly encourage you to try them. They are very fun.
