Fantastic location on the heart of it all!! It has been renovated and they did a great job! Extremely friendly staff. So many amenities. Food at Charter Steakhouse is really good. Josh was fantastic!! Still doing updates but well worth the stay. 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, fire pit, on-site spa, 2 restaurants, on-site ski shop well worth it. Great access to slopes. Ski-in, ski-out access is so convenient!Walkability: 5 min walk to Beaver Creek Village, a short short walk to ski way for Elkhorn Lift. The transportation available is excellent.Food & drinks: Greatly improved food and beverage!!! Great job Charter!!

It's clear that The Charter and East West Hospitality don't mind lying to their customers, which I am sure is reflected in many of their business practices. If you have the choice to stay here or other locations in the area, don't stay here.We booked through VRBO, which indicated that parking is available, but it does not mention that parking costs $40 a day per car. We had two cars between the three of us. So the actual price ended up being 15% higher than was advertised. Had I known this at the time of booking, I would have booked somewhere else, since there were plenty of other reasonably priced options in the area.I called the Charter management to ask about this, they simply said "it's in the email we sent you after you already booked". They were right - it was in the email buried at the bottom in the "complimentary amenities" section that I received after entering my credit card and completing my reservation. The customer service agent I talked to wasn't concerned. She told me I could have read that email and cancelled the reservation, which is the definition of bait-and-switch.The Charter, and their management company East West Hospitality, are dishonest hosts. Avoid them if you can.Noteworthy details: Parking costs $40 per car per night, a detail they conveniently forget to mention when booking.

Situated in the heart of Vail, The Charter is absolutely stunning with stunning views. We adored our room, which was luxurious and equipped with all the amenities we required for our end-of-summer trip. We also hosted guests who were in town to celebrate a wedding. They visited our room and enjoyed a delightful meal at the hotel's on-site restaurant. The hotel was particularly accommodating, catering to their gluten-free dietary needs and even allowing them complimentary valet parking since they were dining in the restaurant. We will definitely stay here again.

No A/C in rooms . Even with ceiling fan and a box fan they provided and following all the protocols to keep the room cool, the room was far too hot for a comfortable night sleep. For that price, I expect to have air conditioning in the dead of summer.Parts of hotel ( which are old condos) are under renovation. Good location.

What a wonderful experience! As a professional wedding planner, the staff at The Charter are the best in the industry to work with when planning any event. The location is right in the heart of the mountain area of Beaver Creek and you feel right at home with their pools, hot tubs and hiking trails right out the door. I was highly impressed with their newly renovated restaurant! The food was fantastic and the service TOP NOTCH! If you are planning a wedding or group gathering,Kaela Dusenbury is incredible to work with. The entire team at the Charter really takes pride in their customer service and attention to detail. When planning a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend The Charter for your Beaver Creek experience.

Don’t bother coming here in the summer. Most of the rooms don’t have AC and it will get up to the high 70s and almost 80 degrees in your room and that’s with a box fan and ceiling fan ripping. Blackout curtains don’t block the light well. The room probably hasn’t been updated in 20 years and that’s being generous. My guess is 90s era based on the fixtures. The Charter should be absolutely ashamed at charging over 400 a night for this. I’ve stayed at a nicer Holiday Inn Express. The few positives: pool is nice and good location. The only reason we stayed here was because friends were here. Never again. Spend an extra hundred bucks and stay at a real hotel like the Park Hyatt.

Nice place, great location for skiing. Easy to ski in home. A bit big walking around to pool etc, but nice place. Rooms are nice. Our place had a major back draft from fireplace. Not good, couldnt use at all- bad experience. However, rest of space was great and organized well. Shuttle was convenient with great staff.

Great location; loved the convenient shuttle service that you can manage using an app on your phone; great indoor pool/spa, outdoor spas, and gym; loved the Black Diamond Bistro for dinner and drinks, and the grill for breakfast; great customer service; rooms and décor were older style as some other guests have mentioned, but still nice quality and comfortable; overall great stay!

Amazing with so many people still not working these days, how the facilities and staff were top notch. Now my favorite ski resort! Appreciate the discount cards! Especially when traveling with the grandkids. Hoping to make this a yearly Thanksgiving gig.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. While our room, especially the shower, seemed a little outdated when compared to our friends who were there with us, there is nothing but positives to say. There was initial shock when we had to carry our luggage down a flight of stairs. However, our room 3003 was tucked away with its own quiet and private area. We would want this gem in future stays. The housekeeping was attentive and laid my daughters blanket and own pillow on the bed. It made her feel welcomed and thought of when we got back after a long day!
