The staff are either yelling at me, being extremely rude, or i can’t understand them and it’s never pleasurable going in. i’ve had packages dropped off there and delayed for up to a week while it’s just sitting in there. they’re always closed and have the worst hours. not to mention is always dirty and cluttered in there. most of the people that live nearby have switched post offices because these guys can never do what you need done.

So first of all I went in the post office on June 8,2024 around maybe 9.:30 am
As I was walking In the I believe her name was patty because i over heard someone
say her name anyways she came out to scream at a employee of hers I was shocked on how she said it I felt so bad for the poor girl I believe she was barley clocking in. That was unacceptable and unprofessional she needs to be fired!!

The staff I have met at the post office have been beyond nice to me, the tiny old school vibe is adorable, but there are some kinks in the chain. I moved here and 3 weeks of mail was just lost, gone and was never found some was important most not important. It could have been on the other end the postmaster tried very hard to help me track it down, but no luck, she was great, real down to earth wanna help me type and I really liked that. It's like cheers, go in to pick up my packages and everyone knows my name askes how I am, very cool tiny town vibe.

Deliveries up highway 14, the Poudre Canyon, are absolutely atrocious. I had a box get ran over today and am out collecting neighbors' mail from the sage brush. Boxes are constantly left in the snow right next to the box they could be put in, the mail box it's self is stuffed to the point things fall out where *again* there is a box to put packages in 10 feet away. This is a common occurrence, and this time it was expensive equipment. I will be placing a formal complaint online and walking into the office. This has got to stop.

I shouldn’t have to dread going into my own home post office, but that’s what we’ve started doing when we have to mail packages.

Perhaps my one star review will get some attention. The amount of misdirected mail out of this post office is unacceptable. I get mail for the wrong address all the time now. Recently one was a jury summons. If I had tossed it in the trash, that person would be in legal trouble. My spouse's 401k statement was delivered to the wrong street. Do I want some stranger reading our bank statements? Our vehicle registrations went to an address in Rist Canyon, miles from us. Our June water bill never arrived, and the water company said at least two other people told them the same thing. Even my separate PO box gets mail for the wrong PO box. The clerk there always appears stressed out and unfriendly. I've started taking my business to the Laporte post office, and plan to switch my PO box there soon. But I can't do anything about my physical address. Delivering to the correct addresses is Job One, and they can't seem to do it.

The Bellvue Post Office is a delightful rural gem, and well run operation. The Postmaster Patti Halderman is outstanding. Despite the challenges of this place and time (including pulling rural drivers out of the snow) Patti gets the job done. She seems to get little support from the Union or other entities. The Bellvue Post Office has been without internet for months, as an example. Cash only. Fortunately, that's not banned yet. Posting a hearty THANK YOU to Patti and others who get our mail and packages to my family.

This Post Office is exceptional. Serving the small town of Bellvue and several mountain communities, Post Office 80512 is friendly and efficient. The people there seem more like friends than just PO employees.

I contacted this post office since a pkg in transit from Denver had not arrived at Bellvue for over two days. Gentleman who answered the phone stated they were just unloading a truck & took my information. He told me they would call later regarding my package. I was quite surprised to get a call to inform me my pkg had been on that truck and would be going out for delivery. Kudos to the employees for taking time to return my call during the very busy Christmas rush!
