Paid online to start services and they sent me my wrong gate code. I was in a hurry but I made it to the office 2 hours before closing and no one was here to help. I called all the numbers posted on the business and no help. DON’T RENT ONLINE

This facility is very good. We moved to Bennett from Kansas City, Missouri in October and needed storage for lots of moving boxes. The unit and premises were safe, secure and clean. Although I wouldn't recommend doing so, we accidentally left several water globes in our unit over winter. However, the cold had no effect on them. It was a pleasure to work with Mindi, as she is very friendly and helpful.

I recently visited the storage here to retrieve all of my items. I met with Mindi, and she was so sweet. One of the chillest people ever. She was very helpful in assisting me with the process, and I was able to get in and out fast. If I'm back in the area and need a place to store items, I'll definitely choose this location.

Recently started renting a unit here again. I left before it changed its name to SecurCare but very happy I came back. They have great prices and Mindy is wonderful. She helped me change units when my first one wouldn’t work for what I needed. She didn’t hesitate getting the unit ready for me either. She has answered all my questions.Very happy to come back and if you rented here before you will be happy if you come back too!

My husband and I have used this storage for nearly a year now. Any situation that has come up in that time have been resolved immediately by Mindi, the storage manager.
She is always helpful and kind.

I just got a unit here within this past month. The employee there was super helpful and professional!! They also have some exceptional prices at the moment. I'll give this place a 10 out of 10 and would recommend anybody to get themselves a unit here.!

I'm local but was in a situation I needed a storage facility, and quick! Blue Sky was super helpful, friendly and easy to work with upon move in and move out. Would definitely recommend and/or use again!

Don’t have a handicap accessible office and management refused to come out of the office to discuss billing issues. My partner is a paraplegic and he had to get out of his wheelchair and use the very insecure handrail and stairs to get to the office. They alsohave not provided adequate reach range for the pull ropes. Would not recommend this storage facility for multiple reasons.Pricing was ill explained and not understood well by the new manager.

FRAUDULENTLY SCAM ARTISTS!!! THEY GIVE YOU A LOW RATE, THEN IGNORE YOU FOR OVER A MONTH SAYING “they’re updating their system” but can’t answer calls or return emails? THEN THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND TELL YOU THEYVE CANCELED YOUR STORAGE AND HAVE NO CLUE WHERE YOUR STUFF IS?!?!????? AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Lady behind the counter took 5 hrs to rent us 10ft moving truck, as she wore her name tag upside down, this lil outfit needs help.... she was trying to overcharge my debit card not once but 3 times.... Go To Strasburg to rent a storage! Go Indians
