Most of the staff seems nice. Stocking the store during daytime, half of the isles are blocked. Any reduced priced items they put the sticker over the labels so you can’t even tell what it is. They really push the digital coupons, annoying. And I don’t want self check out.

Deli food is terrible. Everything is doused with salt. Can't even taste what you are eating. Had to trow it away.

Lisa in "Guest Care & Money Services,".... What an extremely rude, condescending, employee of King Soopers! I did not receive "guest care" from Lisa. I simply asked if they have $100 in ones. Lisa replied, in the most condescending, offensive, ill-mannered tone, "We don't have that kind of cash. We are not a bank." I have never been so rudely spoken to by a customer care representative. Lisa does not belong in the "guest care & money services" department. I would rather shop elsewhere, than be belittled for asking a question.

They're doing lots of upgrades inside but the exterior is neglected. Parking spaces haven't been painted since at least last fall. Leading to people using 2 spaces. They're down sizing They're brands in favor of higher priced brands. I've been told remodel would be done in May yet still not done. Condiments are in the baby isle just to make room for wine while beer is on the other side of the store. Plus I can usually save 2 to 3 dollars going next door for beer or wine.

8:00am and no checker had to do self checkout with $300 worth of groceries. Unbelievable poor service, no one cares
Again here at 8:00am May 18, 2024 one checker this time no bagger, checker had terrible attitude and rude. Did not help me bag groceries, let all my stuff smash against each other as I was putting stuff on conveyor belt. She was the most unfriendly worker ever had there. I will not post her name.

Great store with a very large selection of Ice Cream. Kroger brands are super nice, yet fails to provide me my zero sugar purple thunder.

Good wide variety of goods. Always kept clean and organized. Lots of organic options.
Will not use their self checkout because it's really annoying and the cashiers are always pleasant so prefer that option.

Overall a pretty typical store. Biggest issue is the self checkout. The employees don't seem like are paying attention half the time or they just disappear and leave you standing there when they are supposed to be helping you. Also ever since they remodeled they refuse to open all of the self checkout no matter how busy they are or how long the line gets

You have an extremely discriminatory employee towards the handicapped. I was there 2 days ago, went to use a motorized cart, as you would agree…. Someone with a handicap placard is allowed to use…. Especially if it’s due to a mobility issue…. The tall lanky old geezer who was working the self checkout had the audacity to tell me, I don’t need to use the cart and to get off of it. Also asked why I was even on it to begin with… I stared him in the face and said I’m handicapped, even parked in the handicapped spot, asked if he wanted me to prove it and called him a jackass before driving off…. All he sees is someone who isn’t doing things his way. He has also harrassed me numerous times for not using bags and now the motorized cart. One previous time, which I have called about, he shoved his hand into my face and waved it around like an excessively rude toddler demanding attention, all of this immature behavior occurred while I was on the phone with my mothers doctor having a very serious discussion about cancer treatment for her and her at home care.

Unfortunately had a bad experience today when making an exchange when a delivery was wrong, the manager was unprofessional and rude with how she spoke down to me, and kept looking at her phone while this transaction went on.
