Stopped in looking for something that other King Soopers have, but they were either out or didn't carry it. This was odd since this was not a small Kings, it was actually good sized.

the pharmacy has the worst service I have ever experienced, we waited for 30 minutes and there was only one person in front of us. this is not the first time, after finally getting to the pharmacist they told us it would be another hour untill they get to us

Went today tried to get some deli meat. I was the only person at the counter. A employee behind the counter walked back and forth in looked at me several times but never offered any help.. UNEXCEPTABLE ?. There are several great employees here but the bad ones really excell at being the worst. Side note this store is consistently understocked and lots of empty shelves. It's our only local option I wish they would do better.

Big thank you to cashier Shirley G. for being amazing today 9/14/2021. My card declined and instead of saying out loud, she handed me a card declined receipt and I couldn't be more grateful. Can't thank you enough for that!!!!!!!

I was at the deli...one girl working was busy and said she'd be with me in a few minutes which was fine...another lady came from the back to help me...I was getting meat from the deli...didn't say hi ..just "what do you want" nothing else...no acknowledgement at all...then I got home I realized it wasn't even what I asked for...ugh...next time I'll just wait for someone else.

I dont reccomend them today....I had my time reserved between 4 and 5 for grocery pickup. I had to cancel my order because I sat there for 30 minutes and not one persons order was filled. There are only 4 spaces at this location and you CANNOT pickup even next to those spaces. I spent those 30 minutes driving around to get one of those 4 spaces and could not. By the time I cancelled my order 2 other cars were ahead of me due to me having to move because cars that were parked had to get out of the spaces.I am very disappointed today with their service today.

A "dumbed down" version of a King Soopers Marketplace in an area that desperately needs one. It's packed:The store cannot handle the volume it is forced to deal with since it's basically the only full service grocery store between Denver and Limon on I-70.It's always busy and always understaffed. They don't stock at night, so even if you go early in the morning or later in the evening, you have to weave through employees, boxes, vendors, etc.If you're lucky enough to miss the employees stocking the shelves, you're sure to run into the local yokels who feel it's absolutely necessary to hold a town hall meeting in the middle of an isle and talk about Patty's bunions or Earl's horse for 20 minutes all while being completely unaware that you are just trying to get by them to finish your shopping and they are offended when you say "excuse me". Take the town hall outside so people can shop.Selection:As I mentioned earlier, the store is way too small for the area it services. The shelves are more often empty than not. There selection is limited, especially in the "healthy" department. They will carry a healthy product for a couple weeks and then stop. I'm sure most of this is due the demographic of the Greater Bennett area which isn't known for "healthy choices". You can't find half of the selection at this store than a King Soopers in Denver Metro. Additionally, the produce is absolutely substandard. I've watched as employees stock rotten produce out for sale.Lastly, you cannot go to this store on the weekend without some organization asking for money. From the VFW and the various corridor high schools to Cub Scouts, Girls Scouts, and even organizations from Aurora! Every weekend, someone is asking you for money. Even if you donate once in awhile, you can't afford to donate to all of them and I would love to go in there on a weekend for once without being asked for anything. This store's gotten so bad I am praying for a Kroger competitor to come in. In the meantime, it's faster to drive 30 minutes into town and enjoy the hassle free and premium selection than deal with the store in Bennett. You'll even get done with your shopping faster too.
