Stand in a slooow line twice if you want nachos. You gotta get a nacho tray from the cashier. I've never seen this practice before. Cashier is too chatty then the nacho cheese is basically empty got hardly any cheese at all. They obviously value getting every drop of cheese out of bag vs customers satisfaction. It's obvious they had already pushed the bag down more than once instead of just changing it..... I wish conoco on the east side had more options because that's literally the only convenience store in this town that doesn't suck. I gave up on mavrik and after today's experience I definitely won't be going out of my way to this place. I guess I'll just get nachos in Loveland. It's way too obvious that this franchise owner will aggravate a customer in order to save a few cents. There's no reason to hide the nacho trays and making sure every drop of cheese is gone before it's changed is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

I was reaching for some hot food when this employee name Charles came sweeping the floor with the sweeper right next to my foot with eyes starring at me like "get out of my way" me, being a nice guy just backed up and let him be on his way sweeping. Very rude employee.

Great place friendly staff. Love to come here on break to quickly get lunch and get back to work. Whats not great is the people outside asking for money all the time. They are not homeless people, they set up a stand and try and give me there time share style lecture about why i should give them money every time. I dont care what its for, im just trying to quickly grab some food and they refuse to take no for a answer and try to explain it to me everytime, handing me packets and explaining how they need just 500$ more. I have actually skipped getting lunch when ive seen them there. They are friendly but i dont like being solicited for money the instant i walk out the door.

This is our go to spot to get slurpees near our house. Friendly staff and we got complimentary slurpees once so that was nice!

Espresso machine always down or needing to be cleaned what do these employees even do during their time on the clock?? It’s pretty ridiculous this store needs to get it together you are steadily loosing local buisness

No dark chocolate.Nothing flavored grape.Manager has unreasonable expectations of employees. She expects them to arrive to meetings that are not posted on the employee schedule and will fire someone for missing that one meeting.Overall the worst single 7/11 I have ever seen.Edit: I will not click on your sketchy link.The manager at this location treats her employees as if she physically owns them. This review was not posted to improve the location, but to warn others that it will not be a good location and they will not receive a good experience as customers or as employees.

After covid all the public restrooms are closed especially during the night. it sucks..but I came here and asked if I could use the restroom, the cool dude I believe he said his name was either Royal or Roy L. But he's pretty down to earth kind of guy.said "yea they are in the back..over there" and pointed I normally get an eye roll or hesitation or sometimes just plained denied. He made me feel welcome like I wasn't a bother at all he definitely made me want to come back and simply made me happy with just a few words. I thanked him onln the waj on.33y out and he said you're welcome and told me to have a good night and to stay safe and warm. 711 you have a gretmm freeenuine employer.Ore5 yee
