One of the absolute worst Ace Hardware stores in Colorado.
Employees are rude and lack knowledge of what a hardware store is. All the employees starting with the manager should be fired immediately and the store closed permanently. We have been longtime customers and were treated like foreigners from mars.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS ACE HARDWARE STORE.

ordered a grill online paid for it was supposed to be delivered on 7/17/2025'. called and was being assembled but had an e mail saying woulldn't be delivered till 7/21/2025. 4 days to build and deliver a grill?

I'm always greeted by a friendly staff member. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love this small town hardware store!

Came in here specifically for Ace brand weed killer concentrate in a 1 gallon container that shows this store sells it for $36.99 on the Ace Hardware APP. Got here to find it marked for $54.99, the cashier's were very rude and said well that's not accepted here it is an online thing. So if I purchased it online to pick up it here would be $36.99 instead of $54.99. What a total and complete joke. The Longmont store doesn't do this, don't recommend this store for their ridiculous small town ripoffs tactics.

I love all Ace Hardware’s and this is one of the best… It’s not very big but they have everything under the sun It seems — and the front desk staff always knows where everything is. Thank you all.
