The company I work for has used arnold several times for simple service calls. The always improperly diagnose our machines and even when doing simple PM work they always leave our machines looking worse than when they arrived. (Globs of grease everywhere. Puddles of spilled fluids from whatever reservoir they are topping off. All in all horribly unprofessional. Would recommend to nobody.

Okay! These guys are awesome! Jason is the guy i dealt with. The guy was a big help and all they guys saved the day on my equipment. They had two days to find and fix the problems and they did just that!! Friendly and helpful.

We had an urgent need for a higher capacity forklift. Arnold Machinery Co. in Berthoud met our need . Chris Pohl at Arnold had a rental delivered less that 3 hours from our call. They were very responsive. Additionally, we contacted them for service on our forklift. Service manager, Brad, was great to work with and we had a tech, Matt, the day following our call come service and check over our forklift. I am very pleased with the service at Arnold and plan to continue the relationship. All the people we have dealt with at Arnold are great. Thank you for taking care of us!Steve
